## What is 42 each?

Speaking from experience, I know restaurant inventory can be a time consuming process so I designed 42 each make recording food & liquor inventory quick and easy.  42 each can also be used for ordering (giving you the option of uploading your orders to your vendors) and prep lists (showing order totals and helping recommend pars to eliminate waste, see below for more details).
 
 • Scan bar codes for easy input
 • Get accurate inventory totals immediately
 • Integrate counts directly to certain POS Systems (please ask if your POS system is supported)
 • Email Inventory count totals and/or a Cost of Goods report
 • Weigh liquor bottles for increase accuracy
 • Create prepped food item sizes for increased speed
 • Count on multiple devices & merge together
 • Import your database from a CSV file (see our website for more details on specified format)
 • Change items between Purchased items & Reciped items (price calcuated automatically from reciped ingredients)

The ordering module speeds up the ordering process by giving you your order totals immediately after your counts are completed.
 
 • Adjust par levels on the go from your ordering sheet
 • View order history for your last 4 completed orders (iPad only)
 • Export your orders and upload to your vendor (Contact us to add additional formats if needed)
 • Complete your orders to save your purchase totals, giving you the ability to get your Cost of Goods Sold percentage and/or variance reports (Usage totals are needed for this function.  They can be imported or manually entered)
 
The digital Prep & Freezer Pull List module will give you recommended pars based on past usage and current par levels.
 
 • Set up multiple Prep Lists
 • Reduce waste by updating pars immediately from the app
 • Track past usage by exporting History Database in .CSV format
 • Easily track your daily Prep and/or Freezer Pull List progress by tapping items to mark as complete

I own a small sandwich shop and struggled to find an inventory program that wasn't outrageously priced and could use easily on multiple devices. I came across this a week or so ago. Now, I've only had it for a few days and am still figuring things out, but Kyle responds almost immediately every time I email with a question and has been very helpful with everything. If you're like me and are big with customer service and a great product, I would highly suggest 42 each.

I recommend this app to any kitchen manager that wants to control one of the biggest cost in the kitchen, it is a easy app to set up and use, the best part is in can upload my order directly to my vendors web site so cool. So much time saved, right from my iPad, tech support was the coolest, responded back to my email request almost instantly, and worked with me until problem solved, just awesome.... I felt like I had a tech support on my team to help me succeed in my kitchen thanks. CG

I use this app daily to help with ordering and inventory. Saves me a ton of time!!! Had an issue with uploading a database and emailed the developer. To my amaze he responded within minutes and it was 2am!!! Great app and service! Highly Recommended.

This app has saved me a lot of time. No more flipping through pages to do inventory, I also have the in-app upgrade 42 cases. Love both of them. I have contacted the designer for a few changes that I think would be beneficial to all and I hope they come in the next update. Over all great app.
