I have no idea what is going with the current Outnet website but it's been ridiculously bad for around a fortnight now.
The 'Just In' list is mixed up with items I've seen before. My wish list is completely demolished. Many items I had in it are no longer there, while the items that are in stock are now mixed up with items that are not in stock.
The outnet is one of my favourite websites but I'm beginning to lose patience. I tried to phone several times and when eventually I got through was told that the website is currently being redesigned. If this is indeed the case, why is there not a disclaimer/apology on the website? I completely wasted my time trying to call and this could have been avoided. Is the website about to go bust or something?

Utter disappointment!
If you could give an app no stars I 100% would. Shopping with the OUTNET got years and always had a great experience, now since the update it has become complete rubbish. I think it is awful the website and app have been down for almost a month!! Completely unacceptable. The face that all my orders have disappeared is a joke, my most recent from the beginning of October doesnβt appear to show? What if I had a issue with the product? And needed a exchange or a return? Apart from my orders not being there, neither are half the products. All the new items that had recently been added seem to have completely disappeared, with half of the items that are now showing are old that went out of stock and now appear to be available? As well as all your favourite listed designers and wish list being erased. I will not be shopping with the OUTNET until all has been resolved, this is the worst time due to Christmas and Hanukkah on the way. This is a complete and utter joke! What is going on?!

Recent changes to app AWFUL!
I have been shopping with TheOutnet for more than 10 years and the changes they have recently made makes this app THE worst online shopping experience by far. I am so disappointed. Changes: they no longer include garment measurements (which I lived by); I cannot open my Wishlist items from the Wishlist, I have add an item to my bag to look at it; Wishlist items are all askew: jeans show as a skirt etc.; it is simple ONE BIG MESS!! If they don't improve and return the old features, I will have no choice but to stop shopping here.

Beyond disappointing
The Outnet and its app used to be the gold standard of online retail...what on earth has happened?
Literally useless new app, favourites deleted (at least 4 attempts to restore), wish list deleted, no advice as to what size model is wearing and customer services seem unaware of this,
no announcement on website about this or ongoing app issues, Just In last 10 days seems so ordinary with some old styles being presented as new, no apology...
you have built a loyal customer base but you wont keep it if this if the way forward.

New app is disaster
Completely disappointed
This enforced update has been nothing short of a disaster. Firstly it took days for it to actually open and kept crashing instantly. Now that it does open, I've realised that 99% of my wish list was dumped and it's pretty much impossible to get visibility on availability of items in wish list and whether they're in / out of stock (also can't go back and look at full listing to decide whether or not you want to go ahead with purchase). All size and fit info has disappeared as have lots of products, and there's no way to understand the sizing (unclear whether it's a uk8 or us8 which are totally different!). I have used (and loved) the OUTNET app for years but this version is a complete joke. Guess my bank account will be happier now!

New app is awful!
The Outnet has just gone through website and app update and it is absolutely horrible! You canβt see your past order details. Recent orders disappeared entirely. Old wish list did not save. Items that were in my shopping bag vanished and no longer exist under the designer name. Poor item descriptions and sizes are all mixed up and you cannot tell if you are looking at French or Italian sizing! The address got mixed up and I now have an address in there that I have not used in over a year. The app is really buggy. This is a massive FAIL!

Not a good app anymore
I used to love this app however recently is has become much harder to use, items from my wish list randomly get deleted, when I search under some of my favourite designers not all the clothes show up, I have to do a wide all category search to see everything. Very annoying and time consuming.
Disappointing launch of the new app
The new outnet app (following the yoox purchase of the outnet) is disappointing, my wish list has been completely canceled, no information has been released about the fact that the warehouse is now based in Italy and therefore shipping times are even longer, many designers have disappeared from the site, the possibility to message customer service directly through the app has disappeared, no idea if the regular arrivals on mon tue thur fri will continue or if new arrivals will be published chaotically like on sister site yoox, the list of βmy designersβ does not work, itβs always empty, basically a dismal contempt of loyal clients

What have you done????
The latest app upgrade is a disaster. I agree with the most recent review - all of the great detail that made The Outnet great is now gone. Iβm incredibly disappointed and upset as Iβve been a loyal customer for many years. We had no idea that all of these changes were coming. Please bring back the details on sizing for each item and please fix the filter criteria and stock accuracy. I donβt know who did your app development and testing but you should not be paying the invoice.
