Used to be a great app but no more :-(
This App used to function well but….
If I had a spare 10 mins I could check out the latest items. Recently they removed the option to filter ‘just in’ by newest. No doubt some clever person wants to sell old stock but honestly I can’t be bothered looking through thousands of items when my filter options are limited.
The recommended filter is a badly designed logarithm as not regularly refreshed and I’m not interested in the highest or lowest discounts.
PLEASE BRING BACK THE FILTER OPTION TO VIEW WHAT HAS JUST COME IN. IE NEWEST
Without this it makes using the app time consuming & tedious. Life is too short

Latest update with Menswear
Why does the recent update default everything to menswear when that is not my preference? From my Home tab, to switching to menswear mid browsing womenswear, to my Designers tab, to my Categories tab…everything. Particularly when it switches mid browsing, where I have to repeatedly reselect my preferred filters and start browsing from beginning again, and only to have it switch again. Swiping of some item photos intermittently displays blank corrupted view. Normally I love your app however, with the latest update, I’ve given up on browsing and shopping as this is highly inconvenient and time consuming. It’s a very poor app shopping experience where I regret updating to the new version.

Love this website, can always find something interesting wish there was more 14/16 items. Great just the same
Unreliable service -
While I like their clothes selection, their operations from my experience are completely unreliable.
1. Jan 2022 I received a torn dress for which they had no substitute and they didn’t even offer to arrange the collection, until I insisted. They weren’t at all consumer centric. Had to call multiple time as the first time they didn’t even log the issue, in hopes that I will return the dress without them acknowledging that it is damaged first, making me call to their lines multiple times and adding to the unpleasant experience.
2. Jan 2022- they sent the wrong size shoes from what I ordered. They insisted I should go to UPS myself to return them instead of arranging for a pick up. After I insisted, they arranged for pick up. No substitute available and delayed refund timing. The shoes were returned the next day of receiving them.

The best Secret
Are used to buy clothes other places that only buy from out net on a few boutiques... very very very fair prices designer clothes and pack a bowl for a fraction of the price always happy with the outcome that they’ve been very good to me!

Website on iPad only appears in portrait
Frustrating to shop as on iPads, The Outnet only appears in portrait making it awkward to shop. Please fix this The Outnet :). I have also noticed that descriptions aren’t as accurate as they were , and has meant I have sent back items as they weren’t as described.
Simple & Easy
Love the new and refreshed look of the OUTNET app. One main concern is that my previously favorited designers has just vanished. Also, you aren’t able to add or save any of the designers you’re interested in in your list as well. Not sure if it’s a bug… but other than that, app is efficient, clean and straightforward.

Super Late Delivery
I have placed my order 10 days ago and still not dispatched. I have paid 20$ for shipping. They don’t response at all under the customer care email, I had to wait 5 days to hear back from them and after multiple follow ups. They’re are using Influncers and saying the orders arrives in 5-6 days but this is not true. They need to fix their delivery and logistics.

Excellent experience
Never had a problem to return the clothes. Using this website years already and returned probably 5-7 times, it’s cost you 7.95, but here, in Canada (Vancouver) it’s only one option to buy super brands .

You’d think a shopping app would manage to show you stock that’s available to purchase but not The OUTNET.. trying looking for bags and see how many say “sold out” in the list of 1400 odd results. Yippee let’s scroll through all the stuff I can’t buy. Makes sense
Another missing feature, the ability to zoom (two finger zoom) in the search results page, instead you’ve got to click into the product, click again to zoom and if you don’t like it, go back to the search results (not always to where you started from). Don’t you share tech with Net-a-Porter? You can zoom in mobile web and app on their site.
