April 18, 2018

We've made some improvements to the "Nearby Areas" search, which was a bit glitchy. Now it clearly asks for permission if you have not granted access and refreshes only when needed. Also, we fixed an issue on the search areas screen that caused the screen to go black and the search bar to be lost. Enjoy!

Reviews of Climbing Weather

Favorites don’t work

I liked this app for a while because it allowed me to save favorites and look at weather for all my favorite areas at a glance, making it faster and easier to decide where to go climbing.

A couple years ago, though, the favorites page stopped working. It just shows an endless loading icon. This makes the app pretty much useless for me because it’s easier to view my saved locations on normal weather apps.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing but it still doesn’t work. Disappointing.
