When it works
Not a bad app, when it works. Says my email address is wrong when it is correct. No contact for support. When clicking app support it gives a page not found error. Unable to sign in until this bug is fixed.
Offline Often
It seems as though this app doesn’t work unless the business is open and operating. So unfortunately you can’t depend upon it as a point of reference for what scrips are almost due and which needs refills from the doctor. App is almost entirely useless but the staff is very nice at their location.

Issues
Anyone having issues with app? It won’t let me sign in and just freezes. It used to be a very convenient app for my prescriptions up until a few weeks ago. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that didn’t work either.
Locks up and useless
Application repeatedly locks up, I can’t access Rx refill requests for weeks. If you call the doctor to refill they say ask your pharmacy, so you ask pharmacy and they say use the app, but the app doesn’t work. What are you supposed to do when you get the message that there’s a problem connecting with the pharmacy, please ensure you are connected and try again.. ummm what??!! It’s ridiculous and getting refills should not be this difficult.

Not working
It has been down for a week. It won’t allow me to log in, access to my profile. Can’t access anything. Says site down. Has been that way for a week. Dissatisfied and disappointing app. Understandable that issues happen but this long? Come on
Useless
This app is about as useful as a plug in appliance during a power outage. Lately it hasn’t been even letting me sign in. It says it can’t even connect to the pharmacy. What the haystack? So I have to call in the Rxs. Very frustrating. This app needs a major update. This app looks like it was developed by an elementary school student and never updated or maintained again.

App does not work!
Tried to sign in and program froze. Tried to turn phone off and on to reset it and the same problem occurred. Deleted app and put it back on. This did nothing to fix the issue! So lost my list of meds and will go back to calling my pharmacy.
Pretty Much Useless
My pharmacy tells me they’ve “approved” me for this app, yet it will not recognize me as a
Client/user after many, many attempts. This app is essentially useless and I’m in the habit of managing my numerous meds via an app, so it’s difficult to lose control over my ability to verify my scripts. I wouldn’t bother even downloading this app.

Is anyone updating this app
I tried using this app after transferring my prescriptions to a local pharmacy. I have yet to get it to work. It can never connect to the pharmacy. Plus the app itself looks like it was created in the dark ages. I tried to report this to the app developer and it seems the link is broken.
Lots of issues
App used to be great but now half the functions don’t work. It’s not designed to scan with the pro cameras in iPhone 14. If you try to log into your profile it crashes. I used to love this app for its ease of use but now it’s more frustrating than helpful
