What happened?
I have used this app since we first started with our local pharmacy over 4 years ago. I was filling our weekly pills this morning, needed to get two refills. Scanned the bottle, said nothing there. Logged in, all of my information and prescription are gone, logged in to my husband’s account - everything has been wiped. All that’s left is our preferred pharmacy. What now????

Stops at receiving prescriptions
It won’t let me log in anymore. It says please wait while loading prescriptions and just stays there.
Can’t Even Create Password
I just downloaded this app and will be deleting it. After 3 tries, I keep getting notice that my passwords don’t match when I try to set up my account. I’m not that inept! The app is clunky and doesn’t give me confidence that my Rx prescriptions will be filled accurately.

I loved this app when first started, but now it is not even worth opening to use. Has not worked for the past few years. So now have to call in scripts. Technology seems to be going backwards.

Went to go scroll for prescription options and it submitted refill

Been trying for 6 months. Can’t reorder my scripts, can’t log in, it’s horrible
could be great but ..
this app could be great but it needs a serious fix with bugs and the way it looks. options don’t line up and logging in never works.

What’s the point?
This app is awful. Errors setting up account. Errors communicating with pharmacy. Errors finding my scripts. Errors scanning barcodes. GUI doesn’t display properly to submit Rx number requests. Absolutely useless.
