Easy to use
This app is very easy to use and allows access to activity for at least 6 years, as far as I can tell.

The ap is good but it could use some upgrades. I’d love to see an on off switch for debit cards and I do struggle with the check deposit feature often. Otherwise it is nice to have this ap to check your balance pay bills etc
Seamless and secure
All the information available quickly and securely. Notifications come immediately so the accounts can be monitored 24/7. Well done.
Easy, convenient & reliable!
This app works very well. Rarely do I encounter any difficulty using it. The only complaint is that the mobile deposit function is really picky. Multiple photos are necessary to successfully make a deposit.
Used to Work great
This is a revised review. The original was titled “works great“. Most features work fine. However, they have reworked the mobile deposit, and trying to take a picture can get quite frustrating and irritating. Sent them a message regarding this a while back, but it was obviously ignored. No response and no change.

Mobile Deposits are problematic
I have used the mobile banking platform for quite some time and it has always had issues. When I think they fixed it something new pops up. I have so many problems with depositing checks using the app, especially checks from the State of California. FNB needs to improve their game overall for the mobile banking.

Lots of features, excellent insight.
This bank is severely lacking in one category: charge backs on card purchases are an onerous process requiring one to physically go to a bank and fill out archaic paper work. Charge backs should be an easier and streamlined process to accomplish with the app. Other than that great bank, great app.

Intuitive and easy—perfect for online banking and even better when you factor in their small-town customer service for everything else you need from a bank :D
Great Bank!
One of few banks in which ATM machines give $50 dollar bills. Fast machines! Bank branches big and employers ready to help. No long lines of people waiting for a teller. If a new debit card is needed, it is made at the bank right away.
