  • Bad

    It doesn’t show you the status of your order initially and often takes forever. The first time I used this app it took nearly 2 hours to get my food. I’m trying again because it’s the only service that delivers from one of my favorite restaurants and after almost an hour I have an email confirmation that I placed an order and no other information about when my food will arrive.

  • Great Company, not so Great Interface

    This company has great perks and is very responsive! I just wish their website were as responsive as the customer service. *Incredibly* slow processing when ordering groceries. I consistently wait 1-4 minutes for the page to open, and if I want to add or edit items, it takes just as long. I often give up after 90 seconds, but once, out of masochistic curiosity, I waited for 9 minutes...it was still “processing” when I logged off and ordered elsewhere. This happens on every device and search engine I use.

  • Bad first experience

    Used the app to place a to go order in a restaurant and received a text saying that “my restaurant was preparing the order and that it was going to be ready in 5 to 10 minutes”. When I went to pick up the restaurant was close. It had closed for a few days for remodeling.
    I had to call back to ask for a refund and the guy said he was going to credit my account with $5 and he never did.

  • Great App!!!

    Whenever I come to New York I use this app a lot. App is wonderful, easy to navigate and helpful with lots of information. Food is usually good as well but when it’s not the quality I expect I realize this is not the apps fault. So my rating is the app alone. Good job Delivery!!
  • Fraud!

    Very bad business. I downloaded the app and placed my first order, a third-party service they use for checking accounts detected fraud and blocked my account.

    I went through a number of emails back-and-forth with them to find out what was fraudulent about my account/order and no one could tell me anything other than it was fraud. There was no fraud about the account or order. There are so many other delivery services that I can use so no love lost.

  • Used to be good

    I’m now forced to use the desktop website for all of my orders since I prefer to use PayPal. When trying to pay with PayPal using the app, it cycles through logging me into PayPal and then returning to the app to place me order. In other words, I thought I had placed an order, but never received an email or text acknowledgment, so I logged back in to check and my bag was still sitting there. I had to log into the website to finalize my order. Last complaint— although I’m not sure if it’s Delivery or restaurants but two of my favorites have inaccurate menu items and/or have claimed they never received my order. Three stars because I prefer Delivery over Seamless/Grubhub.

  • Super convenient

    I love that I can use my Venmo balance to order delivery!
    The app runs smoothly, and customer service has always been very helpful whenever I had issues/questions.
    The emailed discount codes are nice too.
  • Not what I expected. Do not recommend it.

    Bad experience right out of the gate. Ordered three items that were alcohol. Got called by the place they were at and none of them were in stock. Says it's frequent that there's a discrepancy between what is listed and what is actually available. I canceled the order, $86! I have to wait two business days for it to get credited to me. May as well just go to the liquor store. Not at all what it's cracked up to be. This app committed the unforgivable sin. It messed with my beer! Not having it.

  • Waste of time

    I am now deleting my account all in the same day that I signed up. I ordered and it got cancelled due to security alert. I call and they tell me I have to wait 24 hrs until the account is reviewed. I wish I never even found this app. Now it's too late to pick what I needed up and the app has been nothing but useless. With actions like these they will never be comparable to useful sites like grub hub, seamless, eat 24, Postmates, uberEats or any other actually useful app. Thanks for nothing.

  • Solid app, Great coupons, needs more restaurants

    The app works just as well as any other food ordering app (with the bonus of being able to order alcohol and laundry service).

    Pros:
    - I love the points system for earning app credit
    - I love the coupons Delivery sends me in a weekly basis. I will actively order using this app because I can get more discounts.

    Cons:
    - they have FAR fewer restaurants listed in the app than Seamless/GrubHub.
    - they do not have the same automatic refund policy that Seamless has if a restaurant doesn’t deliver by the promised time. They leave it up to the restaurant to determine if they’ll refund you for the late service, which they often don’t.
