No updates in forever. Now it just crashes.
I bought all the upgrade packs some years ago and it was exactly what I needed. However, I hadn’t used it in a while. However, a few days ago I downloaded the Update. On opening. it just crashes. I also so that the last version history is showing as 8 years ago. So I guess the developer has abandoned the app. Don’t waste your time or money. Rating Based on usage with 5th Gen ipad Pro 12.9"
Even though my rating shows 5 stars this is based on my experience with the 5th gen iPad Pro 12.9".
Immediately crashes and shutdown on 2022 ipad pro 12.9". Giving 1 star due to this. Developer was nice enough to contact me via apple with info that a fix is coming out in about 1 month.Jarexx

Great tool for learning to solo comfortably in all keys in multiple styles. Sure, variable speed would be nice, and I would expect a price hike to accompany that. But I’m not a guitar god, so I’m good with it just how it is for the price.Dumb villagers

Improv and improve.
Improvisation equals improvement. This is my most essential guitar app. I went from playing very comfortable rhythm to being able to record full tracks and compose lead guitar pats. The last piece of the puzzle for me in creating music. Also the entry into the next level of guitar mastery. Ultimate guitar this app along with this are the ultimate training tools. This app is just what I needed. For the most part I am self taught guitar player. This app has taken my skills to a whole new level! Having a back track to run scales and my own riffs is awesome!! Really like how this app is set up but if the developer could add some Santana style Latin grooves with scales shown it would be very epic. Santana has brought a lot to the industry of music and would really like to practice his style hope the developers read thisDuffTheBard
Almost Perfect
This app really is fantastic. Everything about it is a splendid time, and I’ve used it as an integral part of my guitar practice for some time now. However, as great as it is, I REALLY wish that there was an option to change the beats per minute on the tracks. Hopefully that’s doable. Misleading
I wish I had my 5 bucks back after a minute of using this. If you don’t really know what your doing (like me) then you’ll be lost. There’s no training!! It’s just a few backing tracks It has scales, which you can get online, and cords. The cords aren’t even shown (tablature). If I keep learning to play maybe this will come in handy in a year. Waste of money. Oh and 5 bucks is a lot to charge for this.Show lessSnafoo
