Just started using Ali express but my first order arrived and I’m very happy with the quality and speed of delivery.🤜🏾 Update- 1 Had a few orders now from Aliexpress and every order has come one took a bit of time but arrived. Overall the items come before the delivery date. I’m happy with Aliexpress at the moment. 😎Update number 2 still using Aliexpress some items are dirt cheap. But some are the same price as eBay you’ve got to look for the bargains and read the reviews. You can get quality at good prices if you look and read reviews. 👍🏾update 3 still using Aliexpress logistics are a lot better for items delivered just keep searching for them bargains there in their you’ll find them.🟰update 4 still using Ali express I’ve realised your better doing bulk buys from Ali 3 items or more that way you get them cheaper + faster delivery. Superb but sometimes bad.
Another update. I eventually got hold of someone and they reimbursed me. Please can you have an email that when we do have a problem then we can contact you. As the way you have it is hard to get anyone. Please give us a customer support email. Thank you. I did love this site but you can’t get no help when a seller won’t reimburse you for an order I had before xmas and I still haven’t had it. Seller keeps giving me links but there’s no one there to help me. So I’m getting very frustrated with them. I am gradually getting to the point where I will not use it again. It’s a shame when one seller ruins it. I love this site as they have everything. Ok you wait a little longer than buying in the UK. But if you have a seller with full star's you know they are good and if you read their reviews you can see if they are a fast service. I always read them & so far I've been very happy with all the items I have bought from them. I will recommend this site to everyone which I have done to all I know & they've been happy too.
UPDATE I haven't shopped for ages as been too poorly. So I'm hoping they have improved greatly. 1 order arrived very quickly so that was good.Show lessjuals
The customer service is excellent.
Though you are chatting with AI not first… then a real person will take over. With patience, you will be given a list of options, they won’t suggest which option you should take but when you choose a specific option, they will give friendly advice & remind you your statutory rights & help you even refund a defective or wrong information provided by the seller. Remember there are many sellers on this app… not all are honest but in my experience most a good if you do buy devices or things that’s too good to be true… basically some devices are over priced but we are living in 2024 & a world band radio will be costly… if you know how the goods ones(brand wise) in the past(80s&90s) only to be rebrand with Chinese company with good semiconductor & smaller refine pcb boards… I guess they bought the whole manufacturing cast & dies from them at a fractional cost… then they integrate with their refine design… I guess this is what we call reverse engineering but the original brand owner is not operating or manufacturing today this particular device…(world band receiver) I am heavily into ham & radio is my passion. We in the ham are always prepare to operate our own intranet & internet network during emergency… yeah one of needs access to satellite so the we still have a gateway if the government shutdown the all the border gateway routers…Show lesskelvinchetty
Good stuff but Use Caution
BEWARE And track and screenshot every order because After you pay for the order, the order falls off the planet and there’s no way to get your money back. The seller is under no obligation to fix the problem. There are Good deals for personal and business but don’t get in a hurry and read and look at everything the price as shown will always be for the cheapest item and the picture will be for the most expensive. look at the sizes listed in the pictoral. Always scroll down and check what the shipping charges are that’s where they make their money is with your impatience. Look at the size of the item in the picture and compare it to the size in millimeters and inches. Sometimes they don’t make an item that big is to get you excited to buy. Advertising is very deceptive. Pictures are very deceptive. Sometimes they will send you something that you looked at and it’s hard to tell if you paid for it or not. They will also completely double the size of your order and you’ll get the same order the next day so you wind up with two of everything. And sometimes they’ll send you something you ordered and you’ll track it all the way to your door. The app will show it delivered and there will be nothing there nothing delivered. The products sorting in the search results is not working as expected especially sorting pice low to high.
The advertised products price is deceiving, it shows image of the full product while it’s showing the price of an accessory that stops people from browsing because people know it’s fake price, very disappointing.
Message to AliExpress company your shipping is very expensive and the delivery time is slow compared with other companies they offer free shipping for certain amount of full perching orders combined that applies to all products not only certain products like what AliExpress does.
I personally used to use AliExpress very often but now only using it for products are unavailable in other stores.
I started to use the other better online stores instead of AliExpress, my advice better to offer free and faster shipping to keep up with other online stores.Show lessViolin C

Please please GIVE US THE ABILITY TO TURN OFF AUTOPLAY ON VIDEOS. I LIKE TO LISTEN TO PODCASTS WHILE I BROWSE AND HAVING TO RESTART THE POD EVERYTIME I TAP ON AN ITEM BC IT STARTS PLAYING A VIDEO IS SOOOOOO ANNOYING. not even going to get into how I hate that the video is always the first of the slides, when 99% of the time a pic is more than enough to get an idea of what the item is.
The website is terrible, and the app isn’t far behind. I search something new and 90% of the results are THINGS IVE ALREADY SEEN. Why would I want to see things that I’ve already favorited? That’s why I favorite them, so I can go back and grab them later. Not so I can see my favorites womens tube tops when I’m searching for MENS FLANNEL JACKETS ??????? This never used to happen, what is going on with your algorithm fix it ——- Update Algo is still somewhat horrible but I have a new complaint—why are you limiting the number of wishlist items, basket items, and number of wishlists. Do you want me to use this app or not??? Cmon!!! This app is so hostile as a user. If I weren’t too poor to shop somewhere else I’d leave in a heartbeat Update: anniversary edition. Somehow it’s worse. It’s like tiktok had an even more terrible shopping extension. Have received all items ordered within a good time frame. Everything has been as per description. App easy to use great to be able to put things in the cart and come back later and order. Would like it easier to make a review on items received like paintings. Not easy when the item is received but not painted for a few weeks. All my paintings have come out really well and I would love to find it easier to review with the photo. I enjoy Ali Express great site. Find so many things I want, the PBN are a fantastic selection and great I can order a frame with the art. Still using the app 2 years later. Never disappoints.

Personally I don’t shop on AliExpress for expensive luxury items. However small electronic parts , tools and consumables are perfect. Quite often I’ll go into a retail store in Australia a look for a part for my projects and the price is just ridiculous. Hop on AliExpress and I can get the exact ( and in some cases I mean exact, these retailers just purchase in bulk, repackage and up sell) same product for 1/10th cost.
Downside is shipping and quality. The kind of quality is what you should expect from a cheap mass produced item. The products are not always the shiniest prettiest out there, occasionally might have some flaws.
I only use gift cards to purchase items, but you should be doing that with any online purchase in my opinion. Of course the only time I had to apply for a refund they refunded to a non-existent card, so there is a downside to that too.
Finally shipping is a strange one. It can take 2 months or 1 week. So only buy if it’s not needed urgently. Also because AliExpress is like a lot of these other on-sellers, you can get reduced postage if you purchase a lot of items together. If you make many single smaller purchases you pay for postage each time.
Also in my case if they ship to Australia and use Australia Post it takes longer. If the shipping is through their own network it’s really quick and you get delivery text from the driver. (I actually saw him drop the parcel off take picture and text me instantly)Show lessMuddyAmoeba
Aliexpress was amazing until…
I have been a customer for years. I love the variety of things I can get for a reasonable price on here. I very rarely have issues, and when I do, Aliexpress has been good about giving refunds… until this latest time. I was literally told by the store I bought an item from to file for a refund because they forgot to pack one of the items I ordered. I have now been denied for a refund THREE times, despite providing the messages from the seller. This is extremely frustrating for me, as it seems they are not even reading why I want this refund as I have admission from the seller provided to them. The fact that this has become such a fight is making me weary of placing more orders. I should not have to put this much time into $3+ worth of product. Aliexpress needs to improve their customer service dramatically, or they’ll lose me as a customer, and I’m sure many others.
EDIT: I finally got my money back. I’m a bit annoyed I had to dispute it so many times when I had solid evidence, but at least it’s over now.
EDIT 2: I’ve changed my review to 5 stars, as they have greatly improved their return system. As I’m a customer who orders frequently and almost never returns, they’ve made my recent return instantly accepted as such. Great improvement!Show lessFlyheart45
