AliExpress rocks!, so much content and products too!, this is right up there. If variety is the spice of then the variety for shopping in this application almost seems limitless. I am really happy with my first purchase of a chrome motorcycle helmet considering the logistics from china. You simply can not get these amazing quality value products anywhere else especially at these prices. Having experienced the website coming across AliExpress a fair few times and found the shopping experience on my phones browser a little hit and miss I have found after being redirected here for more needed items I have searched for on Google that the application for shopping once signing up was worth it. The only thing I could suggest for in terms of room for improvement is more click and collect pick up points as from personal experience the couriers are not the greatest in the United Kingdom and are prone to just dumping parcels Willy nily anywhere that you would not like unless you have a easily accessible address with clear safe places. Many different items and products that are offered. If you plan on purchase items Please use AliPay, AliExpress will ensure that product(s) that are purchased are as described and shipped in proper form and in quality and customer satisfaction, they will NOT release the monies paid to the Seller/Vendor(s) until the Customer is satisfied with all concerns regarding products purchased and guarantees, and also submit by pressing the CONFIRMS button which is when you as a customer gives AliExpress the go ahead to release the monies to the Seller/Vendor The only problem is that: Many Sellers/Vendor DO NOT include installation instructions and/or Product information, for some reason I’ve noticed this with a high volume of overseas products. So if you need to have the proper information you will have to asks for this information from the Store you purchased your items from, which I strongly believe should be a Set Standard Procedure by AliExpress also the Shipping Packaging should also Standardized. Overall AliExpress has done a TERRIFIC JOB ensuring that the Customer is being Properly Serviced in mostly all aspects of their overall online shopping experience. Very great app!
I was a little skeptical about Aliexpress before i started buying, but let me tell you, Aliexpress is definitely worth a try! Now most of the sellers on Aliexpress are from China or out of country, so i would not go to them if you need your package in a speedy fast hurry, but if your just a heavy shopper like me and forget you buy things when you buy them (lol) packages are always a surprise! on most orders, the estimated shipping say around 89 days, but so far i have placed 14 orders in the past week or 2, and three of them have come in wayyyy before estimated delivery. I really like their cart feature, where you can buy one item at a time, or select only the items you want to buy in that purchase. i find it very convenient because on most apps you have to place orders altogether, but with Aliexpress you can pick and choose which items you want to buy. They have feeds where you can check out other people’s reviews about other products, based on the things you’ve liked, wishlisted, added to your cart, or searched up which, to me, is a very nice concept. Everything is priced so well and reasonably just watch out for shipping costs lol. Overall the app is great and i definitely recommend to most <3Show lesssweetiepie_SAVAGE

Update 12/23: Shipment tracking is horrible. Items consistently show as delivered in one location and undelivered in another. What do we believe? And how can we know when to report a missing package?
AliExpress has many sellers who sell exactly what is shown. Some sellers do not and they represent products poorly. The app need A LOT of work and is not very intuitive for the user, especially when you need to return or go through their 'dispute' process. And the tracking updates are awful. I have had several experiences where sellers simply do not ship a paid for item and instead of sending it when you ask for replacement they just refund money. I am happy they refund, but I did not make a purchase so that someone else can make interest on my money while I get nothing in return! Again...tracking is HORRIBLE!!!! My shipment often show they are in my US city. If they were I would not be STILL WAITING for delivery an ENTIRE MONTH LATER!! Aliexpress needs to shape up. I have been ordering from Temu who actually has excellent tracking and they have consistently gotten all my products to me! Also, Temu refund process is easy and fast. No waiting for a 'judgement'. Aliexpress is like going to a court where you are assumed guilty immediately. How is a customer supposed to show photo evidence of something they did not receive!? I’ve purchased many items from this site and some of them are really good quality and value unfortunately I’ve also received some really bad products that I’ve requested refunds for although items individually are good value for money you have to spend £8.00 or more per order to receive the free delivery but still adds tax on to every total cost of the order so to receive items in a timely manner or wait up to 2 months and pay £1.99 + tax per item for them to be delivered and so when purchasing I normally do multiple items to receive sooner but sometimes it’s just not worth the few £s so if you want to receive a quality version of the product you’ll have to pay for the more expensive version so in the long term you’re not really saving money. Yes it’s easy to receive a refund on some products but can take weeks to receive and on some items the sellers won’t refund unless you send the product back at your own cost which will take weeks and costs a lot more than you’ve purchased it for and probably more than its worth. So buying can be worth it at times but also not worth it, so be prepared to pay less but possibly pay more if you’re unlucky enough to receive an item you like to be refunded forShow lessNeets1975
Aliexpress need english spoken customer service
I can’t even count the many times. I ordered something from AliExpress and did not get it or it came broken or it did not work and it was a hassle to fight for my money back. Yes, things are cheap pricewise and also the things you buy from there are cheap too, but some makes sense with the price. but it’s frustrating when it says you can return anything but they make it a big deal or it says it’s on its way but it never gets to you and they want you to send proof that it’s not theirs like how can I send proof that I didn’t receive it and when you send them proof from the mail post office with their phony tracking number they say does not exist. And then finally, I have to get with my credit card company follow dispute for back charge and hope that I can get my money back. when I try to get a hold of somebody from AliExpress, it’s very very very difficult to get a hold of somebody and everything my messages no phone because it cannot speak English and they use Google translate. A agent told me straight up they use Google Translate, and then there’s miscommunication because words that we use Translate to something they don’t understand, and vice versa. Fortunately enough AliExpress sellers are so dumb and unorganized so I always get my money back. Finally, I would say to anybody think about getting AliExpress and this phony ratings to please think about it and not buy anything from AliExpress.Show lessel compa lupe

I’ve been with AliExpress for many years, I’ve made thousands of small purchases and only had a few minor issues, which were resolved right away with refund, partial refund or exchange! I still shop here and still find great items!! Shipping times have improved very much, doesn’t take months anymore as it used to be, now it’s only 2-3 weeks! Of course it all depends on which store I buy from! Always check the reviews before purchasing, always check % of positive feedback from buyers! Never buy under 95%, lower numbers means not trustworthy! But then we all learn the hard way, so did I!! I’ve purchased clothes, which is hard to do because the material is hard to tell in a picture! Blouses are usual very thin material, not worth the money, BUT the lined leggings were worth every Penny!! Make sure you hand measure your body and don’t guess!! Compare items from here with google, certain things might be cheaper there, mostly not! Craft items are much cheaper here, Delica beads here are NOT Delica beads… I purchased some and was disappointed! Only 15/0 seedbeads were ok. As small as they were, a size 10 needle still fit through!

AliExpress = Success in my business
I use AliExpress to buy basics for my little business. Stationery, bags, packaging and some other crafting materials. Yes, you have to wait for them to be shipped, but if you plan ahead, which you should be doing anyway, then you can save a great deal of money. What I really like is that you can pick up so many ideas along the way, just by looking for items you need. It’s an enormous market place FULL of talented manufacturers making some quite extraordinary products. I’ve encountered a few problems, ( you are buying online 1000km away, it’s not surprising ) but the AliExpress guarantee has always solved them. So I’m a happy customer. I am happy shopping at this outlet. But it would be great if we got answers back a little bit quicker than what we do I’ve asked quite a few questions but never got any answers. This is my second review and I’m happy to say that they have been a lot better with getting back to me, I am happy with Ali express at the moment the items are coming quicker than before andBut things that I have ordered when COVID-19 was on I am still waiting for some of those but other than that I’m very happy with the company. —————————————————————————- His top review is from months ago not sure while it’s still here I’m pretty sure that I sent it, but I think it is a good thing AliExpress , Times I don’t think that the people are understanding messages that come from the customer a lot of times I have messaged and it seems like they really don’t understand what I am saying .
