Will get lots of spam
This has been a terrible service for me. I cannot get any help setting up my account, no one responds to my emails, and I never have any surveys. Yet I get 2-3 emails per day about a specialty I’m not involved in.
Buggy app
Just downloaded. Trying to scroll to the top of a page triggers the whole page to refresh instead of just scrolling. Doesn’t matter where you put your finger. On other pages the Submit button is out of reach because page won’t scroll down fully. App also isn’t syncing with online version. Keeps saying tasks are available despite already being completed. Using iPhone 13 Pro with most UpToDate iOS and app versions. Locking out and backend does nothing and deleting the app and reinstalling does nothing.

Can’t even log in
Cannot reset password. And you’re paying money for ads? Get a new app dev team.
Does not work
It does not recognize your password. My password manager stores my PW. I can log in on the web, but the same PW on the app does not work. Tried new PW, same thing. Never could get this app to work, and Sermo does NOTHING to fix it. Worthless.
Worthless
App doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognize your password sometimes. Customer service is terrible. The link the website and mobile app send you to reset password say the link is expired as soon as you get it. This app and company is a waste of time.
Don't waste your time
Spent so much time with support getting back access after being locked out, then needing to re-verify my credentials literally a week and a half after signing up. Why?? Their support is awful as well. Don't even bother downloading this garbage app, trust me
Still Unusable
Needs a back button. Mobile website just as useless. Used to be a frequent user but not worth it for all the frustration. I guess company is too busy being a medical polling site to take my opinion. Hah!

The new sermo app is beyond awful. I have deleted it today and moved onto another doctor’s network
Sermo is improved
Surveys were once an aggravation, but much improved now. Discussions are fun.

Other content is ok but considering the above the app doesn’t do anything special!
