It’s very easy to use and very convenient.
Remote deposit buggy
Remote deposit for checks is extremely buggy. The vast majority of the time when tapping “Submit deposit” it kicks me out of my account and back to the login screen. Once you log back in, sometimes the check has been deposited and sometimes it hasn’t been. Having to re-log back multiple times per check (and that’s assuming none of the other bugs with remote deposit occur) makes a simple task difficult for businesses.

Fraud on Accounts
Apparently we have found potential fraud on our account. Second time in 1 year; that time we had to close all three accounts Trust and 2 operating accounts. I personally suspect the breach to be bank security related, given that new measures were being tested at the beginning of 2022.
Charges are somehow being made with account and routing number information. Somehow they have captured this information and were able to make charges on line with just the account and routing number.
Further, we had to move to a “positive pay” (daily approval of charges) solution on our primary Trust Account earlier in the year to provide an additional layer of security to OUR own customers. We will likely have to do that again here.
Lastly after reporting this matter to the branch, I was told by the Enterprise Bank HOA/PM specialist that Enterprise may only refund me losses for the past 90-days, when activity is now suspected through the beginning of the year.
This does not give your customers ANY sense security with our funds, or any sense of loyalty to your Bank.
Should the activity on this account be amicably resolved to our satisfaction, and Enterprise make our company whole on any suspicious fraud activity, I would gladly revise this review.

Usually an easy way to discover your balances and transfer money.
It is a nice easy way to transfer money to my college grandson who is out of state and the money can be in his account in less than an hour in case of an emergency. Gives me one less thing to worry about. I can check my balances whenever I need to know and discover when money s deposited in my account.

I don't ever have any problems with this app. It works well and does everything the desktop version does with the same efficiency. Update jJuly 21 -working better than ever. Can’t imagine being without it now
Worst banking app I have to use
This app is antiquated in nearly every aspect. The way you have to set up account alerts is convoluted and frustrating. This is simply a mobil app so the bank can say they have one. Feels like a banking app from 5-7 years ago. Also they do not have any person to person pay system. Also app support page is a 404 error. Converted from a great banking app to this junk. Looks like I am changing banks.

I'm loving the new online platform. Let's see how it goes a year into the transition from their purchase of Los Alamos National Bank.

Not user friendly.
This app is the mostDifficult and not user-friendlyof the banking apps that we use. It is hard to find functionality within layers and the menu. There is not good information for checks that have been deposited. It is the only thing I do not like about Enterprise Bank. Other platforms that I use that are extremely user friendly and helpful and easy to find exactly what you’re looking for, including your full banking information, our US bank, And PNC Bank.

I’ve been with Enterprise Bank and Trust for a while now, and I have not had very many problems with the app. Its always working and i cant basically get all my banking done with the app.
