Can’t see the menu in the app outside!!
Lovely well presented machine. Looks smart and professional. The only let down is the app. Somebody decided to grey out all the non selected items on the menu. This is super handy when outside as you can’t read it. Apart from the app being made by an indoor person I would highly recommend it. The app is updated regularly but can never notice any improvement or changes. Over the past 4 years of use the name has changed and the amount total is now in bold. Still the horrible hard to see menu on the left. Still hard to see. Not one of the many updates have help me as a user. Someone is getting paid a lot of money to tweak the app every couple of weeks. Reports should be able to compare year on year but they don’t. Numerous attempts to get the sale forecast correct but it’s still wrong.Show lessstevieboyiv

Had this for 4 years prior to this and its been great. A recent change has made me decide to leave. Your funds are now held for 30 days unless you send your customer an email from paypal confirming they have received the product. There is no option for “in store” or “item not shipped,” so even if you sell in person only (which I do) you are required to follow this process.
I am not paying a transaction fee to have a customer swipe a card, then wait 30 days while paypal sits (and likely invests short term to earn interest on) my funds only to then have to pay an additional percent fee to have them transfer to my bank. Yes, you did hear that right. You pay twice using this device.

A game changer
I really don’t understand the negative reviews! I’ve been really pleased with Zettle, ever since PayPal switched over to it for merchant servicing. It connects quickly and processes transactions faster than any other app I’ve used in the past. I can process tap to pay, read chips, type in card numbers, process Venmo or PayPal, all from one app. They also typically transfer the money to my PayPal account in about 1 business day, so I’m not sure why some people are having to wait.
