Pick your goals, log every one of them every day, and keep the streak. Miss a goal on any day and the attempt ends; a new one starts the next day, unless the challenge allows missed days or turns resets off. Alone or with friends. Start a challenge for yourself, or share one with friends and run it together: everyone sees the same board, standings and feed, and can cheer each other on. Goals that fit your life. Water, workout minutes, reading, steps from Apple Health, vitamins, a daily progress photo, or a custom goal with your own name and target. Built to be honest. A day is your local date, and you can still log yesterday until 3 in the morning. Each day's result is decided once, on the server, so a shared board agrees on every phone. Private by default. Friends see what your sharing settings allow: challenges, calendar, today's goals, history, and progress photos only if you turn them on. Anyone else sees nothing unless you turn Public profile on. Block and report from any person's screen. Delete your account and everything in it from Settings. Finish 45 days and get a completion card with your totals and your first and last progress photos, ready to share. No ads, no analytics, no tracking. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.4.0 — 2026-09-26 Cancel a friend request you sent or a challenge invite nobody has answered yet, rejoin a challenge you left, and change your handle from Profile. Plus four small fixes. ### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-25 Invite a friend who doesn't have the app yet: the new Invite row on the Friends tab shares a link with your handle. The Friends tab now shows the requests you've sent. Plus three small fixes. ### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-24 Finish a run and the app shows your card: your Day 1 and Day 45 photos, your placing among friends, the badges you earned and your totals, in one image made for Stories. Plus six small fixes. ### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-24 Choose the rule when you create a challenge: start over on any missed day, allow a few missed days, or turn resets off and let the fewest misses win. Missed days show on your run, your board and your friends' runs. Plus a dozen small fixes. ### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-22 Request a feature from Settings and it reaches the developer directly. The report form's buttons stay reachable while you type. Today, Friends and Settings load a little cleaner, and a shared card now links to the App Store. ## Apps similar to 45 Hard | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [debloat45 - Glow Up Challenge](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/debloat45-glow-up-challenge/id6759009548) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | | [75 hard challenge tracker+](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/75-hard-challenge-tracker-plus/id6785412994) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | | [The Birth Deck](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/the-birth-deck/id1672044071) | 5.0 (6) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [JCCSF Fitness Center](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/jccsf-fitness-center/id1641138999) | 5.0 (6) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Ice Barrel](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/ice-barrel/id6448100865) | 3.9 (29) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Mamele](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/mamele/id1544298472) | 4.9 (804) | Free | Health & Fitness | ## More apps by Hasp Labs LLC - [QR-Trust](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/qr-trust/id6808448175) All apps by Hasp Labs LLC: https://appshunter.io/developer/6808448177 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
