Would not recommend this check-in option
The iPad Chrono check-in app has horrible lag time and about half the times the patient’s signature doesn’t save when you go back to the main scroll page.
I love the kiosk mode!
Patient waiting room app. Works for handing to the patient AND has kiosk mode that you can use to lock down your iPad, works like a charm.
Great check-in app
This is a great check in app for patients and front office staff! It eliminates having to read difficult handwriting and allows for the front office to quickly update any information that may have changed. Great training for the staff to understand how to use this system.
Disappointed
I just downloaded this app because I wanted an online intake form for my massage therapy practice to save paper. In the 15 minutes I've been trying to set up the app and figure it out, it keeps crashing repeatedly. It's not very user friendly at all. I definitely can't use this if it's going to crash while a client is filling out their information, that would look very unprofessional. I hope they improve this soon, because I would love to be able to use something online for intake forms.

Great plus to my practice
Saad showed me during implementation how flexible the software was and I love how this app helps with managing director the. I sent forms and all the different areas that I can use consent forms too! As a side note the implementation team was amazing to me!
No more paper forms!
I had yet to find a way to eliminate paper in my office until I came across drchrono. They are one of the few EHRs to offer paperless intake and it's such a user-friendly app. My patients love not having to fill out the same information every time they come in and it makes me seem like a more modern physician that they would want to keep coming back to.

Time saver and less errors
Having people enter in their own details not only saves on time, yet you get more and accurate details about them. This is a must have for the patient sign up and connects in with the EHR
Convenient
I can't say enough of how much time this app saves from day-to-day operations in my private practice. Good to see that they are updating it with new features and iOS 8 support!
Very easy to use
A simple check-in app that just works for patients. Love the spanish check-in option!
Makes checkins a breeze
It works especially well if your patients all use onpatient, but even without it, this app makes the normally tedious checkin process totally automated, saving the receptionist what used to take him several hours a day of manually entering in paper forms.
