  • Lacks key functions you’d expect from an app

    App lacks key functions. Despite inputting your details to your profile, it doesn’t carry these over when booking so you have to enter all your personal details over and over again every time you book. There is nowhere to save your Club Eurostar membership number in your profile and it doesn’t link to your Club Eurostar account so you also have to enter your membership number every time when booking (and this is a bit hidden away, so I’ve missed out on lots of points as I didn’t realise this), which requires you to either log onto the website, open your emails or have it written down somewhere. They’ve taken away the option to claim points you missed too, very sneaky. What’s the point in having an app if you have to reenter all your information every time you use it???

  • Totally defective in service

    This app has so many bugs they should take it down and start again:
    It keeps wanting me to sign again, unable to pass me from function to function;
    It cannot process payments in an orderly fashion- 3 attempts to use a Wise credit card where it was clearly their app;
    I needed special assistance and they directed me to a “ form” which then said my booking reference wrong;
    I contacted them with pics of booking and you get back a standard “ we assume our FAQs answered your question!!

    What a joke this app is - no wonder they keep going bankrupt

  • Does not accept German mobile number

    Ticket cannot be purchased without mobile number yet app does not treat my mobile number as valid.
  • Ticket Prices are the issue

    I used this app a lot when I was in Europe in 2022. It works very well and has a good UI. It’s also very handy when using multiple rail companies. Just a word of caution: Always check to see if you can book directly with the railway or other companies. For example, I travel in France a lot. If I use this app for my wife and I to take the train from London to Paris it’s $50 more than booking with the SNCF app (same day, time, seats, class, etc). Also, it’s non-refundable using this app. Just an FYI.

  • Easy to Use interface

    Purchasing tickets as an American who hasn’t been to Europe in many years. Very easy app to use
  • Cannot book date of birth changes by itself

    I am trying to book through the app(Amsterdam to London) and the day field of the date of birth keeps changing by itself I have no way of proceeding with the booking.
  • Would give zero if I could

    This was my first use of the Eurostar instead of my normal flights, I will not make this mistake again. On arrival to St Pancras, you could not move. I headed to the business lounge where there was no seats and hardly any room stand. No food except a few old croissants I asked for a plate and was told to use a cereal bowl. I booked a business class ticket to allow me to change trains, but when I tried I was told no space, so two hours wait. At the station I was told my booking had been changed by Eurostar as they needed the carriage for 2nd class. I said I would like a table not just a fold down flap! I went to the lounge to be told there is no food as we have run out ( we only get a certain amount and it’s gone for the day!) Currently sat in standard premier with a flap table. If this is how they treat business class god help everyone else. Do the smart thing and Fly!

  • Total Frustration

    The website, app, and customer service is an embarrassment. Our train was cancelled. NOT at all easy to reschedule without losing more time off your trip and/or paying fees. The US number is disconnected, and nobody ever responded to five emails sent six weeks ago. The trip has come and gone without any acknowledgement of our issues. Total disappointment!

  • Human Touch - Customer Care

    I have been trying to contact someone from Customer Care regarding bookings I had made while my Father was alive as Living in Belgium this was the quickest way to travel to the Uk. Unfortunately, he passed in June and With the rail strikes, I have not been able to make the bookings. I have lost a lot of money and frustrated at not being to talk to anyone from your company. I will definitely look for other modes of transport who are contactable when needed. I have also asked to check if I am due compensation from a late arrival train last year… I have been travelling with Eurostar since it came into service. I’m very disappointed with your ‘help’ service. I booked extra for business class which was a Breakfast Service and was told that it was only 1 cup of coffee as staff shortage .. Wouldn’t book this again and would advise others not to either.. Your Terminal Staff are exceptionally good - but your Customer Service and admin are well below par, in fact RyanAir are far more helpful.

  • Not what was expected

    My trip was cancelled- accepted the new itinerary with a pre selected seat availability- seating in a set of 4 is very uncomfortable - specially if you are tall-
    Food is 2 pieces of bread -butter - oj- yogurt-
    If you take the early schedule know that most people are business people and they could be on a phone call and clicking on a key board the entire 3.5 hour trip- trip is advertised as 2.5 hour from London to Paris - we left at 8:00 and arrived in Paris at 11:30.
