Really poor bug
Just tried to book tickets for my family. When entering dates of birth the app actually changes them. For example when I enter 22 into the “day” field it changes it to 21 right after I go to another field.
Reading in the app reviews and on Google, maybe this is an issue with USA bookings.boro-lad
Illegal app which I’m reporting to the Uk government
Bought a ticket from London to Paris. Ticket was in English. The terms and conditions were in French. Can’t read it. Arrived 30mins till my train and apparently I had to be there 45mins. Hard to know when my terms and conditions are in French!Barflairer
Don’t use them, it’s aggravating and not user friendly
First, I’ve traveled by train for work and pleasure and have had to use this app to book or manage my travel. Its constantly not working, freezing, payment page won’t load, several error messages, etc. this is not worth the struggle or hassle and will totally turn you off for trainswildhoneysuckle
App keeps crashing

Price change in seconds
I went to change a ticket date and couldn’t make up my mind so looked between a few . Settled on the date and went to pay. I checked the price refreshed it even . Then First it kept processing payment several times. With PayPal but after looking like it had completed transaction it kept going back to the login page for PayPal on a mini screen overlying the Eurostar screen. After 3 attempts I gave up and entered details choosing debit card option instead but it changed the price up 15 pounds from 25 to 40.
Just a complete con.
I think I’m giving up on Eurostar after a couple more trips I’ve booked. The loyalty over covid to help keep it open when I could have flown cheaper and this is what you get. 😟😔😞Show lessiamapassenger
Good but crashes on login
The app does almost everything… except let me login to my account. App quits back to the Home Screen. I’m sure they will fix it in the next update. Looking forward to my first trip next summer!

Constantly crashing
Have no idea what’s happened but recently the app crashes when you try to log inschewy
Force changes date of booking and cannot enter birthdate
Eurostar’s app and site (mobile and desktop, tried multiple browsers) change the date of the train I’m booking at the final stage of checkout. Glad I caught the change because the ticket would have been non-changeable. That aside, I’m unable to book on any device/channel because the birthdate fields do not hold my selections. I’m not sure how to explain this clearly without the visual but when I select a number in all three drop downs, they all start flashing spastically causing 1. The wrong birthday to be recorded and 2. Inability to move to the payment page (error message about required fields). This has been going on for a week so I’m guessing since it hasn’t been fixed yet it must not be a widespread issue. Otherwise, I’m not sure how any customers are managing to book trains. Feels like a priority 1 issue to me since it’s a complete blocker to booking a ticket. Please help! ThanksShow lessCarDils

WORSE THAN THE AIRLINES !!! Wanted to book a seat for a day, and then I started researching other days. When I went back to my original date the seat price had nearly doubled and the time I wanted mysteriously disappeared. I had to book through a third party site to secure my original date & price. The seat was obviously still available! We all know budget airlines do this, but EURO STAR .... Really ??? Very disappointing to see you playing this fraudulent game.
