There is no service if any problems happened. I bought the flight ticket here. When I’m trying to change the date due to Coronavirus, the service guy just delay the response for four days until I have no choice and no time to change the date but to cancel the ticket. This way, they can charge you more money. I guess this it how the app makes money. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!
