Neither domestic or international hotline works, call for 30 mins no one pick up the phone. Very terrible experience.

我第一次评论也是我最生气的一次 400买的机票跟我说改签要一万 跟我说我的是联航不能改只有一个航空的机票 但是自己给我改的一万的也是一个航空的机票 自己打脸 票也不能退也不能取消 窝火 等了三天一点动静也没有 电话还不能修改机票 希望大家不要在旅游前像我一样被这个气到身子
飞猪预约火车票太省心了
今年第一次回国过年没抢过春运火车票特别害怕抢不到 飞猪预约了还自己定闹钟刷12306 结果12306根本刷不出来一直操作失败操作失败 刷得我快吐血的时候飞猪订票成功了 老泪纵横
