EHS Manager

Application is NOT at all user friendly, very limited to how you can pull reports which prevents you from tracking and trending safety behaviors or accidents by specific locations. Will not allow for to pull a group of specific supervisors to gather only their information. Would be more beneficial to somehow tie each employee to their area Safety Manager so the Safety Manager can pull all information specifically for the areas they are responsible for. Would still need to have subcategories under that in case the Safety Manager needs to pull information by specific address, Manager, group of Managers, supervisor or group of supervisors. Would be helpful to understand what the pay code(s) cover as well as location codes. All safety managers should have ability switch to a supervisor view for training purposes as it is difficult to teach the supervisors how to use the system when you don’t see the same screens they do. FSO (Field Safety Observations) should have ability to pull completion information by state, address, multiple addresses and states and most important should be able to give percentage completion reports for all options. Reports should show the employees name, supervisors name, managers names, employees area of responsibility ie. (network tech, install tech, etc).
Accident report outs need to be able to break down the information all the way down to specific supervisor and their location or multiple supervisors selected. Training Tracker reports need to give percentage completions with options to break down information all the way up to area VP and down to specific supervisor or selected group of multiple supervisors. I could go on and on. Bottom line is Gensuite is not user friendly, not reliable, limited to how you can use your data collected and help tickets take way to long to get a response on. Goals ate tied to many of this information so turn around on help tickets should be maximum of 48 hours.

Great app needs iPhone X support

Please update to allow for iPhone X support, if I click QR code I cannot close that screen due to button placement.

Issues

This app keeps reverting me back to the App Store. Why?

iPad Problem

App loaded on my iPhone 6 okay. When I added it to my iPad there is nothing on the ho,e page except a message that it is under construction and will be fixed 5/2/2013! No information on how to contact Gensuite in the App.

iOS 7 update just released

Seems that the update was just a day late for iOS 7 fixes. 1.75 works without issue. Had no issues accessing their site with Safari!
