Great alternative
We weren’t going to do video at all because we had a small wedding and we’re on a tight budget. When I found WeddingMix, it was a perfect option for us. I would have regretted not having any video at all.
Great product
Wedding mix is a good cheap way to make a wedding video. I would highly recommend this for a wedding on a budget . It's also fun for friends and family to be involved with the filming of the wedding.

The program is extremely easy to use and the equipment comes quickly with clear instructions. Throughout the process, the staff at WeddingMix reaches out to you to make sure you understand the process and are incredibly helpful. If you want some extra footage at your wedding, WeddingMix is decidedly the way yo go! I recommend reminding your friends and family to upload content numerous times as they will need the prompting :)

Poor photo management
If you take a photo, you don’t see it until has been uploaded. If you take a bad photo, you can’t delete before uploading. You have no idea what’s being uploaded and if you take a bad picture, it is getting uploaded regardless. Emailed the developer and was told this was by design.

Great app!
Decided to go with the Panorama package to capture special moments from my wedding. While we had designated point people for the two video cameras, the rest of our guests used this app to capture photos and videos. We ended up with 389 moments and counting! App was easy to use and guests of all ages had fun using the app to capture all of the action!

Wedding videography
We decided to use weddingmix as our “videographer” because we liked the idea of having a video but needed something more budget friendly - which this was. The ordering process and setup was a simple. Customer service is receptive.
However, we found the guests had a hard time using the video cameras because it was difficult to tell when they were and weren’t recording (we got about an hour plus of the ceiling because someone set down the camera without realizing they were still recording).
The app seemed easy enough but I did have quite a few people complaining that they couldn’t tell if their photos or videos had uploaded.
Other than that it was cool to have the option for guests to upload their own photos and videos and to get footage from our guests perspective. If I were to do it again though, I would splurge for an actual videographer. After the wedding you’re expected to go online and piece together your video (unless you pay extra I guess) and I found it hard to find the time to do it and the website is difficult and confusing to navigate.

We appreciate the feedback. Regarding our cameras, they have a red button that blinks to indicate they are recording, so I'm not sure what to say. As for the app, there is a section called Uploads which has thumbnails of everything that has gotten into the project. Plus, there is a progress bar during uploading. As for editing, the highlight video required no input. For the feature, 75% of couples want to select what their editor uses, plus it allows us to keep our costs extremely low :)
Loved using WeddingMix
We used weddingmix cameras to capture day before and day of wedding memories. We did end up hiring a videographer so we used weddingmix to supplement with wedding memories and interview questions from the guest attending the wedding and pre-wedding festivities. A lot of our attendees also shared their well wishes. It was amazing and special to see our wedding through the eyes of those who attended. Our video will be a treasure for a lifetime that we will continue to enjoy for years to come.

Best Idea for Wedding Video!
What a fantastic service! The entire process has been so simple, from the beginning. Instructions and info graphics make the app and cameras easy to use and choosing scenes and images for the video was simple and fun! Communication is fast, clear, and frequent, too...which totally put my mind at ease throughout the process. They are there and willing to help throughout everything. We’ve even been able to download every single clip and picture, including the ones we left out of the actual video. I highly recommend Wedding Mix and am so glad my husband and I chose this route for our wedding video.

Must for wedding video!
My husband and I were debating getting a video or not but decided to go with WeddingMix. So far we have loved every part of it! The best was seeing all the great videos from our guests perspective! Would recommend for anyone considering a wedding video!
