I can't open my application, every time I try to log in it tells me that the password is wrong, I also reset the password and the same thing happens, on another phone I can log in

No English option in app or web
I opened an account in person in Romania as I am now based here but everything is in Romanian. There is no option for English language on the app, the web, or even the bank ATM. How is this an international bank?

Gets worse every day I want to close my account
The positive reviews are years old. This app gets more gattaca every day. I’d very much like to close the account just because of the suffering brought by each update. I don’t really even bank with ing anymore because of how they have constantly degenerated into a gulag style far from where they started.
I only keep the account as some other party can’t change theirs to another bank account and even for one transaction a month it still pains me enough to take the trouble to write this review.
I have found much better and modern banking and apps somewhere else.
