Expat stay away!
The bankers believes they speak English but they don’t. The height of incompetence is they even swapped my first name with last name, on the account, in 24 hours from becoming their customer to strongly recommending to stay away from their pathetic services!

Salutare si multumim ca ne-ai scris! Update-urile noastre au siguranta datelor in prim plan si din pacate versiunile mai vechi de iOS nu mai primesc update-uri de securitate de la producator, ceea ce inseamna ca nu mai poate fi garantata o experienta sigura de utilizare. Poti folosi in continuare Home'Bank in versiunea web, chiar si din browserul telefonului.

Hello! We do not have an English version. The only way to get Home'Bank in English it is to access the browser version and translate the page via Google

Salutare! Daca nu ai reusit deschiderea contului online inseamna ca nu esti eligibil, iar pentru a finaliza procesul este nevoie sa mergi in Office. :(

Salutare! Daca nu resusesti sa realizezi procesul de actualizare al datelor direct din aplicatia de mobil, avem rugamintea sa accesezi Home'Bank din browser.

Beside the app, you cannot want more from their services. No waiting times on call center, they reply almost immediately and assist on facebook messenger, etc,
