Finally our favorite children's author has created an app as exciting and engaging for kids, as his books. The " create your own" story and "draw your own pigeon" encourages my kids to come up with some creative ideas that keep them laughing and coming back for more. I haven't come across another app that encourages creativity as well as this one. Please make some more Mo. Piggy and Gerald perhaps?Show lessVon hobbie doobbie

My kids are convinced this is the greatest app ever. Repeatability is limited only by the kids' imagination - they've been playing for a week straight and are still killing themselves laughing. Stays very true to the spirit of the great pigeon books. We hope to see more from Mo (looking for knuffle bunny).Show lessJnpatch
Looked good but...
My kids are huge Mo Willems fans. This app looked like it would be really fun but I find it overpriced for what it does. It is cute but repetitive.
In addition, we seem to keep having problems with it crashing in the drawing mode particularly when they try to do the drawing with Mo. This is the case on both the iPhone 4 and iPod touch 3G.
Even if the bugs were fixed I would probably only give the app 3 stars because of the price.Show lessYvonne4

A fun and cute app! But the price is a bit much. I can actually barley look at the app because i thought i bought it for 1.99 not 6.99.Peace&love&hope&ME
Really disappointed
I love Mo Willems and have bought all his books but this game is not good, I feel seriously cheated as for £5 you get a bunch of poorly pieced together stories and a "lesson" on how to draw the pigeon.
All in all I'd be happy if this were 69p but for £4.99 feel deeply cheated, that said my daughter does like seeing the pigeon on screen though I could always go to mo's site and play the games there which are much better and free!Show lessBored and annoyed
The pigeon rules!
My boys are fans of the pigeon books so this is the perfect extension of that. We have all drawn out and printed our own pigeons. A little expensive compared to other apps but about the same price as the books.Phyta
Brilliant, one of the best books on the app store
As a long time fan of mo willems, he is the most requested author in my primary school classroom, this app is simply sensational and has eased my students anxiety regarding when the next pigeon book will be released! The animation and voices are fantastic, only down side is some pigeon animation moves get repetitive after a few stories even if the content is different, other than that, this is a must download and one of the best animated books on the app store. (great to see elephant and piggie get a mention in the app as well)Show lessTwistedTree83
