Fantastic app! Makes managing a building a breeze!
No more "Follow me back to the front desk, I'll check that on the computer for you" or "Sorry, but I'm not in the office so I'm unsure of the reservation avaliabilties for today". Very easy to use and makes being on the run easier. No need to be constantly revisiting the computer. The add multiple events option is a life saver addition to have on the run too.

Needs improving
This app needs improving. The shift notes take too long to refresh. Also, the inability to add pictures directly to a resident's unit is frustrating.

I have been a concierge since 2000 and when bulindinglink came out made my job more easier and more efficient.i love it

The app is amazing it allows me to manage my building entries and close maintenance request in a flash.
I would have added the calendar option to it. That would have been the ice cream on the cake for a Five star

Working great! No complaints I enter an item and it shows up immediately. I also enjoy some of the other features like the scanner for packages and signature pad.

It keeps asking me to update then it doesn't and it takes a while to download in the beginning...
