Good Idea
I think its a great idea and all round good game. The only problems is its not really fit for iPhone since its hard to maneuver/control the scissors at times. The other problem is that the only goal to work towards in the game is a new high score. Achievements or something of that nature would be a nice addition to this potentially amazing game.Show lessAriannaQ

It's really fun but it would be even better like someone else said if u could collect buttons or money and but new scissors and it would also be better if there was a mode with strategy or like puzzle or something!:)Totoroluver12
Novel Concept
I love the idea for this game. Using the multitouch screen to control a pair of scissors is a great idea for a game. But the execution was a bit lacking.
While it's not really the fault of the developers, the iPhone or iPod touch is not suitable for this type of multitouch gaming. The screen is entirely too small to use the scissors efficiently.
But my largest problem with the game was that there was no point. I played it a handful of times before realizing that I was only ever trying to get a high score. Now, if there had been a puzzle aspect to it or even a few achievements to shoot for, it might have motivated me to play more. But as it is, the game is so-so.Show lessStingjc

It is very sensitive, which makes for a great game. The one thing I hate is all the nuts and bolts, which are impossible to avoid. Arcade is really easy and fun, for all those beginners or just people who don't want to weave around those nuts and bolts. The regular mode is more challenging, and easy to mess up on. Great game
Great game but i think you should be able to collect buttons. And after 100 buttons you could spend them like cash on a new scizzor. Like a different handle design or make it more durable. Other than that it is a great idea 5 star game.Jetpack joyride luver
Pretty, but too hard to control
The game is designed nicely, with pretty graphics. It sure looks nice. But I found the scissors too hard to control on my iPod. In classic, it is too hard to get all the buttons, and after you miss three the game is over. In arcade, there are bolts which penalize you with a point deduction when hit, but they are nearly impossible to miss. Maybe this game has better play on the iPad, but then they should make it an iPad-only game. I deleted it the same day I got it.Show lesskatyland
Needs Improvements
with eye-candy graphics and smooth animation it's very pleasing to the eye but the gameplay is not as pleasing as it seems. there's not enough room for three fingers on screen and it's easy to miss buttons. the arcade mode is fun but missing three buttons in the classic mode ends the game, so the game finishes too fast and ruins the fun.
better controls for iPhone, more game modes as well as an online head-to-head multiplayer game, powerups such as slow time, electric blades, etc. as well as Game Center achievements are what this game needs to become a worthy game for iPhone owners. i'm sure it gets 5 stars for the iPad version but the best rating i can give this game is three.Show lessincineration
Good game
I like this game as its good to waste time. It does get boring after a while, but the next day, you find yourself coming back to it! I also think the graphics are really good and clear, the buttons and scissors sound really realistic, which makes the game more likeable Megz151

Cut the Buttons is a very captivating game. It's a challenge to my attention, observation and reaction ability. With its pleasant music, it can really immerse me in another world and take my mind away from daily stress, while sharpening my mind. I'd highly recommend it.
