  • Garbage on mobile, still…

    You would think after years and years DocuSign would get its act together and bring forward a fully functional document management platform that works anywhere and everywhere. Yet, DocuSign still fails miserably in doing so. Do you need to update, strike, add to a document? Well, unless you are on an PC (how 90’s) you cannot do any of that. I am on a brand new M1 iPad Pro trying to make updates to a contract, and this app just cannot get it done. Let’s switch to any of the major mobile browsers (Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) on my M1 IPad Pro, nope still just can’t make those changes. I have to wait until I am back at the office and at my desk at my PC (how 90’s, yes I know that’s the second time I have written that) to make any of the needed changes to the document. Here’s the hilarious part, DotLoop has been able to do all of this, out of the box, for years.
    DocuSign when will you get it together? Stop messing around with your logo, and make the needed changes in the DNA of your system so it is response on all platforms or just sell the company and go find something else to make a mess of.

  • Signing document

    I’m overwhelmed with happiness I did not know I could use this app for my personal use. This is the most wonderful application. I don’t have to run out to print docs to sign and then email or (yikes) fax. I must be behind the times but I’m a happy happy senior citizen being able to take care of my signature on documents right from my phone. Thank you thank you I’m forever grateful and recommend this app to everyone it’s the best.

  • DocuSign is a life changer!

    For us more mature folks, using DocuSign is life changing because it eliminates the “old school” experience of being overwhelmed by the number of printed pages laden with “sign here” post-it flags that we would be hurried through to sign, making it a challenge to absorb the content of what they wanted me to sign. Applying my signature with DocuSign is so easy that it is no longer the time consuming stressful experience it once was and shifts focus to absorbing and understanding the content of what I’m signing.

  • Poor verification process

    I was in an unacceptable loop trying to sign in and I had to use another device to be able to sign in. It says choose how you want to verify with only 1 option. My email address - it comes to my email but I have to leave the page to get it and it never works.

    I connect to DocuSign via an email but to verify my account - I have to leave the site to get the email with the verification information and can not use it because I left the original page asking for the verification number.

    I would offer customer to choose text via cell and they can add the cell number if you don’t have the number.

  • Docusign get with 2022….

    Docusign is fantastic. Great company great process when using a full blown computer or laptop station. However when it comes to making changes on a phone or using this piece of trash app that they designed… It is terrible. I need to edit a document I’ve already uploaded it’s over 300 pages there’s 10 signatures and all I need to do is update the Dern cell phone number for the SMS authentication. Both the online version through the web and the app will not allow me to update a darn cell phone number. Why is that so hard? If anything that soundsLike the easiest thing to update while on a phone using the website or app. With the exception of just signing a document other than that the online versions for your phone and app or worthless. Hey app people, make your system better man.

  • Was there a recent update?

    Used the app on an iPad today and it was pretty much flawless. All other times prior to this, it was a terrible experience. Even just the day before yesterday, I could not resize text boxes or initials. Then there was some weird glitch that would only allow me place initials or blank text boxes wherever I tap. Then, it will not allow you to move them again. Only fix was to delete the field and try again. Hard to explain. Anyway, whatever happened between yesterday and today, thank you. If it’s consistently this good, I’ll give 5 stars. I’m still a little suspicious.

  • Accurate Digital Product for Security of Significant Documents

    I have used DocuSign for 5 years. It is a good program and provides a good method of filing documents. The Feature I enjoy the most is the long digital number that accompanies each signed document. With this number you can easily find the document years later on a find program as they accumulate in your corporate business or sole proprietorship.

  • No longer easy to use. Not happy

    This used to be my preferred electronic signing app. Now, not so much. App insists that I’m on “a new device” every time I try to use my phone to try to DocuSign anything, and insists on sending a verification code—to the same phone I’ve had for several years now. I haven’t changed phones. No new devices.
    Then there’s the issue of my name. Fought with the app for several minutes, trying to get it to let me use text to add my full name. It insisted on using my middle name as my last, first and middle names. Finally managed to get it to allow me to add , last, first, middle.
    Doesn’t allow me to tap where I want to write or sign. I have to tap, say, “text” and then that appears somewhere and I have to drag it where I want it. Very tiny and hard to enlarge the box without it closing and I have to start over.
    Difficult to add checkboxes. App kept telling me I had to “move the page up.”
    From now on, unless this is fixed, I’m only going to use this app if forced to do so. Sorry. It used to be a five star app.

  • Docusign

    Very cool program, I have been waiting for this type of technology advancement for a long time. Thank you. Only glich I had is that I couldn't get the text box to move around easily. You should be able to click on line, click on text box and have it go right there. It took me a lot longer than it would have if I had just filled it out by hand and faxed it over. That’s why 3 stars this time. If you could upgrade that would be wonderful. Thank You. Anyway it’s just a thought.

  • Docusign been great but…

    So been a great helpful sight to use for ease of important document signing etc from another location! Only hang up that i feel would/could use some easier access means is when i signed at 1st using the touch screen my own signature means is that for some reason after signing it logged it in which is fine but it turned it vertically not horizontally for my signature to be placed on documents I don’t know why it logged it this way I kept trying to go in to see if I could change it could not find a means to really change it had to start over but even at that it was very troublesome trying to figure out how to edit my signature and start over was not an easy access to do so should be right there on the signature screen an edit button start over button to click on actually took me and a broker quite some time researching to find where we can change this not knowing the site like others may so this was not a friendly user signature change out found it took a while wasted extra time not necessary please change this other words high reviews was excellent thank you
