Forget it at jkt soekarno hatta international terminal

I tried using this app from the international terminal and the driver never showed up despite looking for me for more than an hour at various other locations. I also asked at the counter and they gave me directions that didn’t seem to make any sense. What a waste of time I ended up taking a risky no-name taxi.

Very bad apps

Difficult to manouvre, not user friendly, not responsive, very difficult to use, almost impossible to change favourite destination and simply not supporting Bluebird's reputation.

Left me stranded

Bluebird taxis left me stranded at Canggu after 25 mins of waiting for the cab to arrive. They didn’t even cancel it, I just called to see if they were coming and was advised sorry no we won’t. As a solo traveller in Bali I didn’t want to go with the non metered dodgy taxis. Plus blue bird doesn’t show where the driver is on the map, only the time changes. Could be better

The app is terrible

I ordered the taxi on the app. It showed my taxi in sengigi but a taxi stopped before I could close the app. So it showed my taxi 2 kilometres away but it was sitting in front me.

Can not delete expired credit card payment

Hi, good functional app overall. Current experience, not able to delete CC Payment for my expired CC.

Penalized for app issues

Was banned from calling another taxi for 24 hours due to too many “cancelled” rides. The only reason I cancelled is because the app didn’t find any riders and gave me two options “yes I’ll wait” or “cancel order” I had to be places at certain times so I cancelled and tried to find other destinations or pick up locations in hopes of finding a ride. Won’t be using bluebird again. GRAB app was the saving grace of my trip. Always had available drivers.
