Could do better

Trying to say this as kindly as possible, It would be nice if the updates to the app led to faster performance, fewer advertisements and a better user experience. I find each app upgrade has a negative correlation to my desire to support bluebird, which is one of the better taxi company’s in southeast asia. Looking forward to improvements.

Can’t sign up

Tried to sign up with my Indonesian phone number but it said the prefix was banned(?) I just gave up and deleted the app. Waste of time. Hate dealing with amateur 3rd-world apps like this

App should adjust different time zone

I ordered golden/bluebird couple of times for rides from airport, and nothing to complain. Except one, confusing time frame showed in the app that doesn’t adjust different timezone. Example I flew from Jakarta to Bali and ordered Golden Bird according to our arrival time in the ticket. Pick up time in the app will automatically be adjusted back to Jakarta time. It’s very confusing and we feel sorry to the Golden drivers that have to stand by at airport at wrong pick up time and they complained to me as if I’m pressing the wrong button, which I wasn’t! I then always call the bluebird call centre in destination to make sure the right pick up time, too much to work on!

Needs several improvements

1. Cannot book more than one taxi or car in one booking.
2. Cannot use the same payment method for more than one booking (while the booking is still active or in the future).
3. Not easy to select saved place as the origin or the destination.

Time estimate

It is a good app but would be nice if it gave an ETA during the ride

Password

There is no provision in the app to change your password if you forget it, I’ve hit a brick wall trying to change it. Bluebird can’t help! Very frustrating.

Bluebird

I rate this app very highly. It was easy to set up and very easy to use. I like how it shows the driver, how much the trip will cost and you know you’re getting a genuine bluebird taxi. Highly recommend this app.

Can’t disable promotion notifications

It’s annoying that we can’t unable certain types of notifications, like promotions, within the app. This is a basic feature in apps these days, and should be made available.

I’m tempted to just switch all of them off…

Completely unreliable!

From crashing when using ezride, not being able to process payment for no valid reason while processing them a couple of weeks after without any issue, blocking you from rebooking in the meantime and impossible to pay those failed payments with gopay, saved adresse is not kept as entered, showing the animation in reverse, like taxi is shown as moving backward… support/customer service from app simply can’t do a thing, really a pain! I’ve been using goride more and more due to that
