Not as good
I have been using the app for years now and I don’t have issues with changes. I welcome them when they are good. However, the last change done a few months ago made the app worse. Quite often you select a sale and it leads you to a error page. It has less options than previously to filter. I went back to other shopping apps that I stop using in the past because they were not as good as NZSALE used to be. But NZSale app now isn’t as good. Other annoying aspect is that the same item is in multiple categories. Plus when something is on the front page advertised but then it is not in the list of options to buy. Other thing to be aware is that I have found few items more expensive on NZSale than on its original websites. Last, but not least, do not believe on the percentage they say the product has been discounted. It is the same price, they just say it has been discounted a x%. It still have some good deals, but you need to be attentive.

NZ Sale an awful dishonest company
I’ve had several terrible experiences with this company, they don’t respond to requests for help with returns and have photos on the website that don’t represent the products accurately. If they send the wrong colour item they take no responsibility and refuse to cover return shipping, or refund as they treat as a ‘change of mind’ I felt awful after dealing with their customer service team they are quite nasty. Beware of this company they are dishonest and just not good people running it.

Normally Great
Have been using this app for a few years now and normally it’s great. Noticed over last few updates that the functionality of the app has decreased…to the point the search function does work anymore. Very frustrating. Also I can no longer see my previous orders. I hope these faults get improved soon.

Excellent service
I have shopped on NzSale for years now and I would have to say that the one thing that has improved the most is there shipping times. Gone are the days where you would need to wait up to a month for a purchase made. The app has made it even easier and efficient to shop. With the minor glitches and technical issues overall always a great experience. Shopping made even better with the likes of Afterpay. Keep it up !!

Very reliable
I have been shopping on Nzsale for a few years now and love them. I have had only 2 issues but got in contact with them and they replied back very fast and we sorted the issue there and then. I found the products to be at very good Quality at an excellent price, I have not come across anything of the products to be fake, have never received any products damaged and postage to be by the time that they informed me I would receive, as upon payment they inform you of the date you will receive your purchase. The wide variety of products is also excellent and sometimes they have bulk buy products for sale.

Online shopping
I find it very convenient yo buy on line. I shop often on NZ Sale site. The items are of good quality. Make sure you buy from an Australian,british, turkish, american site. These are all good sizings for clothes. Items from China are often substandard.
90% of the goods i have bought have been wonderful and true to their advertising, colour and sizes. If i have had to return an item there have been no issues and their service is always quick and efficient. Great dealing with you NZ Sale

Worthwhile shopping
It is like having a shopping mall at your finger tips. There is something for everyone. Any problems I had was sorted without any problems whatsoever. Any bulk buys arrived on time. Yes, I waited up to 48 hours for a reply on an occasion or two but that is reasonable - we do not live in an instant society where we are the only ones who exist. So five stars from me.

So affordable
I love NZSALE. I have been able to buy many items, mainly clothes, Oroton handbags, cosmetics and shoes at knock down prices. All items are genuine and sometimes still seen in retail shops or their websites but much cheaper from NZSALE. The occasional purchase maybe cancelled because of stock issues but I have rarely been disappointed. Your dollars go a long way here.

Great start
As a Techno cripple lol I’ve found this site so easy and clear to go through. The design layout with the relevant information easy to see along with the images to see. I love it and the products which are up to date and sound really good. The prices are fantastic.
So far so good can’t wait to receive goods that I’m now about to order.
