Delivery
Have ordered several times now. But one thing never changed, their delivery time takes forever. Even if they state on the sale itself that item will be dispatched in 48 hrs, still took ages for my order to be dispatched from their warehouse. And tracking of order is useless. Like for example, I ordered a handbag on 6th Nov. The stock arrived 18th Nov. says on the app, Order Packed 19th Nov - but til now 29th Nov, hasn’t been done yet. And the funny thing is we pay for delivery so would really expect good service. When I asked the NZSale team about an update, they just gave me the usual BS “due to high number of orders” blah blah. Not helpful.

good for a sales app for nz, however you do have to remember that some items can take up to 4 weeks to arrive! the app should have more options, I would like to press woman's shopping and only have woman's items rather than every sale available regardless. Still a great app and have bought plenty of things via NZSALE

I shop on NZSale often
I have bought quite a lot on NZSale over the years and it is a great way to have access to purchase items that you can't buy where you live. Just take into account that it does take about 4 weeks for the items to arrive but considering you're only paying $8.00 for postage, it's pretty good.

Disappointed
It has been 2.5 months..they said can't deliver to Australia after receiving the payment..Refunded $20 out of a $127 order. No reply of the messages either.
App always resets!
Whilst shopping and adding items to basket, the application tend to reset and boot you out the system: thus leaving one to trying to remember to what was previously in basket. This is annoying! Also by the time you go back into app, some items previously selected are no longer available!

Convenience plus
NZ sale is fantastic when you live outside of NZ and want to send items to kids and grandkids there. So quick and easy and means postage is minimal. Service is always great and once I even accidentally put my Australian address instead of the NZ one and the parcel still arrived for the same postage charge

Ok but has its problems
The app in general is ok but it seems to have a few reoccurring problems that stop the app from opening or working.
The company is also very slow to respond to queries over the failure of the app ( been waiting 4 days and not even an acknowledgement or explanation why it's hanging and it's not fixed).
Wouldn't bother with the app, website is more reliable.
