CANNOT TRUST THIS APP
I wish I could sue jetblue for the lack of empathy.
First, despite booking our tickets well in advance, we were denied a seat on the plane due to the level of our ticket. Can you believe that? We paid for our seats like everyone else, but somehow JetBlue decided we didn’t deserve to board the flight. When we tried to speak to someone about this, the employee was incredibly rude and actually told us to stop talking. She flat-out refused to let us speak to customer service and made it clear that our concerns didn’t matter.
But it didn’t stop there. After being denied a seat, we were put on hold for customer service for a mind-numbing eight hours. Eight hours! And after all that waiting, when we finally thought we might get some help, the representative hung up on us. No resolution, no explanation—just a dead line.
And if you think that was the end of it, think again. Our flight was canceled not once, not twice, but three times. We were stranded, stressed, and completely exhausted. JetBlue showed absolutely no concern for the inconvenience they caused. Their customer service was non-existent, their employees were rude and dismissive, and the entire experience was beyond frustrating.
This was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. I will never fly with JetBlue again, and I strongly urge anyone reading this to steer clear of this airline. They don’t care about their customers, and they certainly won’t care about you. Save yourself the headache and book with literally anyone else.
