Amazing
Would not go back to paper. Interactive stuff is great and adds on so much to the reading experience. Very stable on my iPad 2. Did not crush even once.
Doesn't Crash on my iPad 2...
As the title says, it doesn't seem to crash on my IOS 1.6.3 iPad 2. Contrary to other reviews. I'm not a fan of not being able to turn my iPad in portrait mode while reading it, but I can live with it. I'm also not a fan on the animated GIF's in the magazine, although its a good concept, it seems to distract from what I'm reading.

Disappointing
What a shame, this looks like a promising app but I won't be able to use it. The magazines I buy can't be downloaded. Just gives me an error message every time

It craps out if you try to read it without wifi (3G). This means I can't read my magazines on the subway, on a train or on a long car trip. This for me is a deal breaker. It is exactly the opposite of what a publication s meant to be.
Unfortunately I have just subscribed for another year. Honestly, if this not corrected I will be forced to cancel.

Ordered a subscription last month but when the new month arrived it is not available for download (3 days into the new month).
All subscriptions are automatically set to renew. Have not found what settings or who to contact will disable auto renew.
Price very high for electronic media.

Trouble with the old issues
The new edition is great however as an existing subscriber for last 2 years to the hard copy I expected to be able to download the previous editions. I can only download for last 2 months and Abe earlier editions it requires me to purchase it again. Please look into this matter.

2.x version not so good for older issues...
Well, the new content looks and works great. But for the older issues it's gone a little downhill. There are two glaring issues for me: first, what happened to portrait view? That's the main way I used to read the mag. Second, the page flipping isn't as smooth as it was before; for example, if you're zoomed in and the page is fully moved to the right, an additional flick would move you to the next page. Now I have to zoom out of every page to go to the next one.

Still not fixed. Purchased magazines still missing.
Why are they even capable of destroying entire digital collections? This represents everything wrong with digital publishing. Once paid for they should have zero access to my library.
Also to note, the re-downloaded issues look like bad jpegs with jagged lines and compression artifacts instead of the previous ultra high resolution and quality they used to have.
It's currently more convenient to download pdf issues than it is to purchase them legitimately.
Please stop punishing your customers.

Latest update does not work either
Bought 6m subscription through iTunes and downloaded Dec issue. It disappeared on last update and the cog-restore issues- procedure did not work. Today downloaded fix and still does not allow me to see the Dec issue I already had!
