Brilliant Experience
I have used the app for the last three years as a reliable source of information and advice but it really came into its own this year when we decided to stray from the relative safety of full catering with passes and ski hire all sorted. We used Ski Mania for all our hire and instruction needs and had a really positive experience. I can’t tell you how much difference a ‘can-do’ attitude and a smile and a welcome at the start and end of the day made to our party. Thanks to Lance and everyone who has a part it in the app. Very highly recommended.

Exchanging money

Bansko app
We use this app virtually everyday, it is great for keeping up to date with the latest news, and weather.
Regularly need to delete and reload
Does tend to crash fairly frequently if you're in Bansko all season rather than using it for a week or 2 for holiday arrangements.
Only way to overcome this is constantly removing app and uploading again.

A great skiing information hub and English speaking community service
A great centre for all the information you might need when visiting Bansko. It holds all the relevant information from weather information to the rather excellent live ski cams and the ability to book transport.
What really adds to it is a very responsive chat space where your queries will be answered expertly, quickly and honestly helping both the newcomer or the regular visitor to Bansko.

Must-have app if you’re going to Bansko!
This app is incredibly useful if you’re planning a trip to Bansko.
I use it regularly. The features are great. You can book airport transfers, ski hire, lessons, all at a great price.
You can also book restaurant tables and even order food to be delivered to you!

Great app, great service.
The Bansko Blog app is a brilliant part of their service.
Lots of useful info, and great prices for things like airport transfers , we used them and had a great driver.

Must use this App.
I always use this App for our ski hire, transfer to and from airport, even booking tables in the restaurants. Always keeps updating to let us know the latest information especially Covid these days.

My husband has been coming to Bansko for 20 years with Lance and Richard (boys breaks 😉) so this year I came, WOW !! Really impressed having skied for years in the three valleys I did not expect Bansko to compare but really 😃 the resort has great facilities easily comparable, the food is outstanding 🥘 I really was pleasantly surprised, so let’s move on to the bars 🍺 and entertainment, favourite bar Amigos terrific rock band Step by Step 🎸 love them, favourite wine 🍾 stop the 360 bar, there are numerous excellent restaurants. Highly recommend a visit very good value for money and the people here are so welcoming. 🥰
