iPhone 11 ProMax problems
I’ve been enjoying this app for ages!! I recently upgraded my phone and now it doesn’t work very well. The ad across the bottom is right we’re the buttons are and I can’t access any of them. Makes playing impossible. Very disappointed ☹️sheensters

NEW UPDATE: seems fixed? Too soon to tell for sure but the most recent software update seems to have fixed the bug. Fingers crossed!
UPDATE: I wrote my first review earlier this week and as of this morning, the app is almost unusable... crashes about every 30-45 seconds and when I relaunch, I have to sit through another ad before accessing puzzles, which quickly crash again. I have noticed that the app never seems to crash during an ad, only during puzzle work.
ORIGINAL: I love, really love, playing this puzzle when it’s working properly but on my phone it tends to freeze and shut itself down regularly. This has always been an issue and in the past, it would only happen if I switched back-and-forth between apps while the puzzle was running. Now, it seems to just happen randomly. Most of the time, it saves my work before it shuts down but sometimes it doesn’t. And when the app relaunches, you have to sit through the ads all over again. It also tends to drain the battery pretty quickly. But I love the variety of images and the myriad ways the difficulty level can be adjusted... number of pieces, rotating pieces, etc. Just need to fix the bugs!Show lessblueberrygal

Love the puzzles only problem I have is the lag when you move a puzzle piece it takes a little while to catch up and when placing the price it takes a few moves to get it in the right place. The last update slowed things down a lot. Also while scrolling through puzzles it keeps jumping back to the top puzzles, can't get to the last few puzzles without it jumping to the start.Show lessFowlesgirl

I love this app! I haven’t been able to put a puzzle together in years since I have a toddler who will destroy it first chance he gets. I was so excited to find this app. The puzzles are all beautiful and take a little time to complete. The only issue I’ve had with the app is not being able to see the free daily puzzles. I’ve only been able to get two or three and since then it’s just been loading. Oh well there are plenty of other puzzles to keep me busy!

I still love this app but am finding it difficult. It acts weird when I have my cellular data turned on for it; freezing, closing and the pieces are more difficult to move. When I turn my data off it goes back to normal. I just tried to purchase a puzzle pack on sale with my coins but it keeps saying I don’t have enough coins to purchase it. My guess is it’s trying to make me either purchase it with money or buy with the original coin amount. I don’t understand why they have sales if you can’t actually get them at that amount. Now it’s started telling me to check my network connection every time I try to use my coins. It acts like it will let me buy it with money though. Not a fan of that. If I can’t ever use the coins I will probably move on to another app.Show lessjeni868

I have enjoyed playing this puzzle game for a long time, until the last couple of months. It is now very frustrating to play as more often than not, a puzzle that I have just completed (and shows up as completed in the pack and is awarded points) appears in the incompleted section next time I open the app. Even though it might say 98% complete, when I click on it to finish it (again) the puzzle totally restarts from scratch. I have contacted the help department several times but have only had one response to say the problem is being investigated. I downloaded the latest update yesterday and guess what? The problem is still there. Unless this is fixed, I will just have to find another puzzle app to play, despite having a number of prepaid puzzle packs to finish.
A update on this review of a week ago.........nothing has changed! Developers do not appear interested in fixing anything and, having read other reviews, I see I am not the only one annoyed at the downward spiral this game is on. Puzzles do not stay completed and puzzle pieces freeze or are slow to move and click into place. My requests for a refund on puzzle packs purchased are basically ignored - contact Apple I’m told, when I “may” be able to receive a refund. Not good enough!
I recommend anyone intending to purchase packs for this game reads all the latest feedback first before they waste their money. There are plenty of other puzzle games available.Show lessGhybvftyokmbf
Coins?!
I think that they charge way too much for the puzzles tbh. There are free ones, but 3,990 coins for a puzzle pack? It would be different if you got more coins for completing a puzzle, but the most you can get is 36 coins for completing a 400 piece puzzle. You’d have to do an awful lot of puzzles just to be able to buy a puzzle pack. You get lots of puzzles in the packs, but maybe dial it down some! I get that they want people to buy coins, but there are plenty of people who can’t. I think that if they want to do better, I’d say to at least give more coins for the puzzles we complete. They have plenty of sales which is good, but they still range anywhere from 900 to 2,000 coins. Maybe add an option where you can just buy a single puzzle with coins? Above that, it’s an amazing game. For a while it wouldn’t let me do the daily free puzzle, but they fixed it. I like how it times you, to. I’m always trying to better my puzzle skills 😂. There’s no time limit, it just sees how long it takes you to complete it. I like that though. But yeah, make some changes with the coins, and you’ll get the fifth star ⭐️. Diappointing
I have loved and played your jigsaws for more than 20 years, but the last update has made the game more frustrating. You now keep locking the background, so I have to keep unlocking it or it floats all over the place making it impossible to play. The jigsaw pieces are harder to get a grip on and often won’t move for quite a while. I was used to keeping the strip at the bottom where I could see it and use it (e.g. look at the picture) as often as I chose, but now the pieces scatter underneath it, where I can’t get at them without moving it down again. All these things are frustrating time wasters which did not exist until your last update. Can you please put it back the way it was?Show lessfunkygrandma

I have been using this app for years and it was the best. Everything about the jigsaw was brilliant. The way the pieces moved, the way there was a full view of the finished picture, enough room to scatter the pieces around the jigsaw, the clicks and flash when a piece was put in the right place.
However, since your last update, I have hardly used the app. Sorry but you have ruined it. The pieces don’t move smoothly, when you rotate a piece there is an irritating noise each time it turns and the amount of room to scatter the pieces around the picture is considerably smaller.
The worst thing I find is when you view the full picture. In the update it was altered to a very small picture and although you have done an update to the update to make it full size again, you have put a border around the viewing picture so that when you flick back and forth between the picture and the jigsaw being completed it isn’t in the same place.
Please, please return to your original app. It was so much more enjoyable. I used to be doing jigsaws constantly but I really don’t enjoy doing them as they are at the moment.

I wrote a review a day or two ago, and can't find it, so I'll have to start again. With the latest update, things have gotten way worse. This app has always had issues, now it's unplayable. As I said in my last review, the puzzle pieces are now nearly unmovable. They just won't drag, and when they finally do, they don't want to go into place. The update was to make the puzzle open more quickly, which it does! But what good is it when the puzzle is so hard to play? This morning I tried to open it and every time I hit play, it would mute itself then close. I wrote to the company three or four days ago, but haven't had a response. I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling, but I read in their trouble shooting I could lose the puzzle packs I downloaded. What to do?
UDATE: They did another update and I'm adding back a couple of stars. As they claim, the puzzle now loads faster...when it eventually appears. The intro to the puzzle, however, takes awhile, first appearing vertical, then horizontal, then stretching out, and finally becoming normal so you can tap play. They have taken out the option to earn coins by watching adds. When the "watch ad and earn coins" icon is even there it never works, saying, "There are no ads available. Try again later." But at least the daily puzzles are playable again.Show lessKathyl0u
Easily the best puzzle game
I’ve been playing this for several years and still enjoy it. There are more than enough puzzles available, and you can turn your own photos into puzzles if, by some fluke, you cannot find inspiration in the puzzle store. The only criticism is the puzzle pieces getting swept too far to the side of the screen when using the scatter tool: trying to get them back from the edge winds up opening all the iPad swipe up/down menus, getting pieces stuck being the arrow to open the in-puzzle menu, or even swiping the app right off the screen. It has become worse in recent versions: please fix this so the pieces don’t go beyond the edge of the playable area. I always start each 400-piecer by scattering and then have to spend two minutes moving pieces back onto the playable area.Show lessAdamsFamily1MW
