😢 Ruined by last update
This used to be my favourite puzzle, but since the last update:
- the pieces are much harder to move - the whole background moves with them;
- The “peek” picture is now much smaller, and can only be increased a small amount. Very difficult to see the detail clearly. It is also not possible now to move it completely out of the way, to make it easier to work at the edges;
- The pieces have an awful noise now when they’re rotated. If I turn the sound off, then I don’t get the confirmatory click when the piece sets in place;
- a couple of times, the scattered pieces all lined up on top of each other all around an imaginary frame.
Although the creators say they like screen shots, I could not find anywhere in the app feedback section that I could attach one, and despite my mentioning these problems, nothing has been done so far.
Most of the “improvements” in this last update come under the heading “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.
Sadly, I have now stopped using it - no fun anymore. Sad, that. ☹️Show lessTigerMica

Also, I would love to offer a helping hand to some of your concerns! I recommend using the Lock feature to prevent the board from moving around. The Peek feature has not been changed; users can still expand the photo by clicking the arrow button. Lastly, players can upload photos only after a ticket has been created! I am glad I can contact you. I have enjoyed using this site immensely until this last update. I am extremely frustrated because I cannot move the puzzle pieces easily anymore. Half the time I am wasting time trying to move them into place as they take a lot of various attempts in different ways to get them to move where I want them. I get so upset that I contemplate removing this site.
Another complaint I would like to mention is after I have completed a puzzle the picture of it comes up with the lines of the puzzle visible. I really enjoyed seeing the picture without those lines visible.
Before this last update I would have rated this app five stars easily as I enjoyed it so much. To me it was by far the best.

Jigsaw puzzle
When it comes to contacting the makers of jigsaw puzzle it takes them for ever to reply plus they don’t give answers to the questions I have asked and when it comes to the sales it seems to be the same puzzles throughout the week even though it’s says two day sale it’s the same puzzles I got the app on my iPhone and my galaxy s9+ but when it comes to buying for my iPhone I have noticed it’s not put the same on my galaxy so I class that as being unfair I don’t see why the purchasers should be paying twice especially with producers saying sign into Facebook and it will appear which is rubbish if I want the same for the galaxy I have to pay and that’s one of the questions I asked but didn’t get correct answers and I have said no more puzzles will be purchased once these are done an Will delete the app and I’m pretty sure others have experienced this problem!Show lessAndy4babe1969
Its actually free
I love this app!! It actually is free! You dont have to purchase anything, you get a free puzzle every day. I play this on my iphone. I play nearly every day. Once you finish a puzzle, you earn coins so that you can purchase a puzzle pack. Ive been playing on this app for about 9 months. Some of the reviews complain about the pieces showing a flash when they connect, I happen to like it bc that tells me the pieces are in the right place. It comes in handy for difficult puzzles, since I am playing on a smaller screen.
A few things I dont like :
when you use the scatter button, the pieces will scatter beyond the outer edges & when you try to pull them in, especially at the top, the screen tries to come down-super annoying!
Quit often when pulling or dragging a piece, the screen moves too. I think there is a lock for this, but I haven’t seen it yet.
I really like the fact that there is truly nothing to buy, but you can if you choose to. I also really like that I can do this puzzle all at once or start it, leave it for a day or two, & then come back to it. So, I can keep occupied or not. Its not timed & there are no levels. Defective update
Last update made game horrible to play due to background moving when moving pieces and now need to have pencil beside the piece and not on it to move. Needs to be fixed or I will delete app (shame as I buy packs frequently)kiwipuzzler

I adore this game, I’m quite addicted to it! It’s the perfect wake up and wind down :)
However, the recent update claims to have made it easier and faster to move pieces around and the like, but I’m finding it more difficult to move the pieces! I do all my puzzles on 400 pieces so they’re tiny on my phone but before the update, only the edge pieces were a little tricky. Now I’m finding them all quite unresponsive and I have to try a few times to drag them around :/
I assumed that because my software update hadn’t yet been done that that may have been the issue, but I’ve since updated my phone and it’s the same. Such a shame as I haven’t played since the update due to this!! I’m missing my morning and evening jigsaws! Please look into this and fix it!Show lessBeenie1983

LOVE everything (except) since my last update, the puzzle pieces including the background moves around while trying to work the puzzle..... when activating the border feature (love) the pieces go all over the place, used to be outside the puzzle border line & pieces go wayyyyy off to the sides & are difficult to get to move into a usable position. Same with then retrieving the rest of the pieces after the boarder is completed...... so annoying ... they go all over the place.. inside the boarder, on the boarder, so far away from the boarder it’s frustrating to try to move them without everything around them popping up.... while the background is also moving..... words like.... annoying & frustrating never used to be in my puzzle time... it’s no longer ZEN.... I still am giving it 5 stars as I have hope it will be returned to an enjoyable experience, plus I don’t like any other puzzle app... I have them all.. only use this one. Hate that it changed... used to be PERFECT‼️ 🧩🧩🧩‼️ PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES 🙏🏻♥️

Update is awful
I loved playing this game until the most recent update came out. Before the update you could push a button on the puzzle settings menu that would lock the board and keep it from moving. While you can still do this with the new update, it resets every time you start a new puzzle, unlike before when it would stay that way until you changed it again. Having the board be movable is unnecessary to begin with (except for zooming in and out). The scatter function is worse than before and it moves the pieces too far out onto the edges of the board, and I have to move them back in again in order to see them. I play this game on an iPad, and even though the iPad is old, I feel like the ads on this game slow the movements down a lot more, and the pieces don’t follow your finger as well as they used to.
Other than those complaints I still really like the game. I enjoy that there are free daily puzzles as well as many free puzzle packs. I also enjoy that you can earn coins with every puzzle you complete, and use those coins to “buy” new puzzle packs. I hate in-game purchases, so having the incentive to do more puzzles in order to get more puzzles is highly rewarding and less draining on my bank account. Many of these puzzle packs are not worth the money, even if they are on sale.
I will continue to play this game even with its flaws. I think that it is still worth it and pretty fun to do when you want to relax while being mentally active.Show lessDagan2278

First I want to say that I put together a puzzle with this software almost every day, so I’m very familiar with it. Unfortunately, the last update is very annoying and disappointing, and they still haven’t addressed older issues that bother an average user, namely; 1. Puzzle image is restricted to a square format; 2. Table size is too small; 3. Auto scattered pieces go nearly off the small table.
Here are the issues with the newest version; 1. The overall feel is very jerky. While they may have made the play faster, it feels much more like a computer game than it used to. The smoothness of moving the pieces around is much reduced. 2. The virtual table is way too small no matter what size I set in the preferences. There needs to be more room outside of the puzzle frame to assemble pieces and develop strategy. 3. The pieces seem to violently snap into place when they get close to being correct. 4. The puzzle size is still limited to a square format. 5. Auto scattered pieces still go nearly off the table. 6. When scrolling to the side to see pieces off the playing area, the whole game snaps back too quickly. A larger virtual table may be the solution to this and some of the above issues.
I almost never criticize other people’s hard work, but this version leaves a lot to be desired. I really want to give it 5 stars, but I just can’t until they fix the above issues. Please fix a few things and I’ll enthusiastically recommend this app.Show lessUncle Dan 59
Great game ruined by update.
I know that that it is great that these games are improved periodically. However, the March ‘19 update on this previously excellent jigsaw puzzle game has really ruined its enjoyment for me. It is now difficult to move pieces around without moving the background board as well. The completed picture that can be toggled on and off is now too small to be seen properly and pieces often “hide” behind the completed parts of the puzzle and then suddenly appear.
