I have had the jigsaw puzzle for almost eight years. It is a great, engaging and relaxing. It has many varieties and the point system is a great way to get free puzzles. The tow areas that could improve are, one the selection that you can use the points to buy puzzles is limited. A variety would be much appreciated. Second lately most of the time the puzzle gets slow and the pieces get stuck and won’t move. The more you play the worse it gets. You have to close the puzzle and start again to get the pieces moving again. I have updated the puzzle which helped a bit but it has not been fixed completely. It can get frustrating and sometimes I gave up when it gets really worse.
The game drains my battery very quickly, I can only play at home when I am connected to the charger. Even then it drains the battery.Show lessSuejanIs

Always loved a good puzzle and was curious how it would translate into an app, but this works pretty well. Nice variety of puzzles. Could we have more sorting trays, and a greater variety of plain coloured table backgrounds please. Another thing i would love is if it saved our progress across devices. I replaced my iPad recently and while all my puzzled packs were still there, my records of progress and finished puzzles were all lost. Also some Australian puzzles would be nice, only found two packs of Aussie pics and they are pretty bland and don’t really show off our wonderful country,Show lesscattyindigo
Just keeps freezing all the time
Oh dear, this used to be really good and fun to do but recently it has just become frustrating. The screen keeps freezing or the puzzle pieces drag slowly and take seconds to click into place. You have to keep waiting for it to allow you to move pieces again and then it freezes again. It is pointless having the time it takes to complete it when the puzzle itself slows you down. On occasion it has completely frozen and I have had to reboot my iPad. It is taking the fun out of doing this. I keep hoping that app updates might improve it but not so far. The ads have increased and now further interrupt the flow of the puzzle although I understand that you need to generate revenue. There are just too many though and often the same thing repeated. Please, please, please sort out the freeze in the screen otherwise I think you will lose your long term users.Show lessjigadssaw

I want to give this five stars. I love doing the puzzles, the options, the endless choices in pictures, art work and themes and for those who don’t know this doing puzzles is an excellent way to exercise your brain which can help keep your mind sharp a little longer than if you didn’t do them.
Here’s the thing though… This puzzle app subjects users to sitting through ads over and over if you play any of the special events to earn points or get stamps towards a prize/jackpot. There is this feature where you have to do a “re-roll” because you got a stamp that you already got. I just sat through two ads only to be asked to sit through a third ad. I quit and came here to lower my rating and submit a write up. If I have to sit through three ads to get a non duplicate stamp then that is ridiculous. If you sit through an ad once that should be enough. If you sit through two ads that is MORE than enough. Sitting through three or more ads is too annoying. No one is gonna just keep sitting through them to get a non duplicate stamp/pin/other. It isn’t like anyone actually sits there and watches the actual ad. They get up and refill their coffee or play with the dog. People are pretty much doing anything else except sitting and watching an ad.
When they stop prompting users to sit through more than a single ad between actions I will change my rating back higher to what it was.Show lessBCBeland

*** I am editing this review to add at least that the irritation I describe below was of relative low duration as it has disappeared as mysteriously as it appeared. So all is well at least for a while. ***
I like this app mostly. I usually do several puzzles a day to help keep my brain active, and there is enough variety that I can do just the types of puzzles I prefer: buildings and street or landscapes, for example rather than the still life or colored beads, or whatever. I paid for the premium version to get rid of ads and it comes with a bonus giving you the ability to make your own puzzles out of pictures on your device. Now they still want me to look at ads because that helps them pay the bills, but normally they ask me if I want to look at ads over the next 31 days to gain bonus coins to “buy” more puzzles, and that is fine.
But their newest thing is a banner that pops up at the top encouraging me to do more puzzles (15 a day - really?) I have to touch the screen to get rid of it before it lets me do what I was trying to do, and it reappears every time I do something else. It is irritating and perhaps a sign that the premium version will mean nothing soon. Now I won’t get rid of the app over this irritant because I have so many puzzles lined up still to do that were mostly free, but if this banner is trying to get me to do more puzzles, this isn’t the best way to do it.Show lessnarrator56

The game I start my day with. Really enjoy the variety of puzzles. Have bought a few and like the free monthly ones as well. Would like it if the puzzle packs that could be bought with points/stars were easier to find. Great job though, keep it up.Kiwischris
Limited puzzles to purchase with coins
Great app but It has soooooo many pop ups and ads etc now it’s ruining my enjoyment so I don’t play as much now.
You can only buy a limited number of puzzles with coins so once you’ve bought those puzzles that you want your coins just sit there…a bit disappointing.

I have given 5 star reviews every time you have asked but never written a review on any game I play until today. I was moved and full of gratitude for the puzzle of the day today depicting the Seder celebration that was to become Jesus last supper. I was raised Episcopalian and my husband was raised Methodist and I grew up believing that the last supper was just the last supper. When my parents moved to a small town called Hamilton Montana, they joined a church there called St. Paul’s Episcopal church and had a wonderful pastor there. Whenever I was home visiting, I would attend St. Paul’s and loved it. One year I was there around Easter and my mom stayed home with my two small children so that I could attend St. Paul’s annual Seder supper. Their priest believed everyone should understand that the last supper was in fact Christ and his disciples celebrating the Seder supper and later was referred to as the last supper so many of us non Jewish worshippers had no idea that the Seder was the reason for that supper that night. Our priest walked us through the whole meal explaining everything about the beautiful steps and stages to everything that was done on Seder and it was Incredible!
Thank you so much for having the courage and respect to share that this day/ week is about more than Easter baskets and bunnies and for paying such high respect to the the beauty of the Jewish culture and tradition

It Was The Best Jigsaw Puzzle
This has always been my favorite jigsaw puzzle on the market! I loved everything about it. When you do updates, they are always nice and convenient! Thanks for giving me daily fun-time! The last few days, it always says “0” for how long it takes me to do the puzzle. I don’t know if there is a glitch in your program or in my iPad. This is an updated review! It’s still my favorite puzzle but during the last few days, it interrupts me while I am working on my puzzle to play an advertisement! The ads before the puzzle are aggravating enough but now getting interrupted while I am working on the puzzle is really irritating! It really takes something away from the enjoyment! Also when I take a break and turn my iPad off for a few minutes, when I com back to it, I AGAIN have to put up with another minute ad. I hope I don’t have to quit the puzzle! And today, while I was doing my puzzle, I was interrupted interrupted four or five times for these advertisements and that is really going overboard! I can’t put up with that too much longer so if it’s not a glitch, then please do something about this immediately! That is ridiculous!
