Bad issue/Good result.
Originally I had posted this with 1 star due to the issues lined out below. However, in checking every day I have been pleasantly surprised that it seems things are back to normal. Yes!!!! I do love this app and am so happy to be able to enjoy it again. Thank you.
I really enjoy this app but over the last several days I have not been able to get into it. I can get to where the Home Screen is supposed to be and then it locks up. Shows a circle that wants to spin but just sits there and does not move. At that point I cannot get anything to open. Yesterday all of my Mobility Ware apps began to not open. One by one they would just begin the process of showing the first Mobility Ware screen and never went any further. At that point, I just shut my laptop down but left it plugged in. Today all seem to be okay except this one and it is just not moving. I hope that I do not have to completely delete the app and start over as over time I have collected, through purchase and coins, many puzzles. I hope you can advise on this because if it is fixed I certainly will change the rating to a 5 star. Thank you so much for any help provided.Show lessmawmaw19471

Coins
What is going on with the coins? I have nearly 50,000 and you don’t let us purchase new sets with coins. Absolutely NOT fair anymore. You need to change this back to the old way people. As long s this continues, my rating will drop. Did the last few updates make you like all the other apps that are just in it for money? Do you actually forget how many elderly and disabled prefer this app BECAUSE of the ability to use coins instead of real money? I remain a player, but a disappointed one. Sherry PS what good are coin chests when NONE of the puzzle packs are available for coins? Duh

When I first got the app, nearly ALL of the puzzles offered the coin option. That has disappeared by the wayside. All the nicest ones never get that far now. I have actually waited years for some of the packs to be offered for coins. Still waiting. Now if I get extremely lucky, one might show up at an end of the year sale. But even that is rare these days. It just disappoints me that a fine game, especially for senior citizens on limited incomes have less options in purchasing puzzle packs. Great layout, choice of difficulty and range of puzzles including free ones. I've been playing this for several years, in fact, moved to this game because my previous puzzle app had so many ads and silly 'offers' I spent more time clicking through them than playing the game. Sadly, this app is now even worse than the other. Ads constantly interrupting puzzle playing time, many of which don't end completely, so freeze the whole game, making it necessary to restart the app over and over again. But worst of all are the constant screen freezes throughout the game. Time to move on!Show lessRoz39
Love the app but…
Edit: it took a little bit, but the developers did credit me for my purchases so I’m upping my review from 2 to 5 stars I loved this game but took a break from it a while. I redownloaded it on my new iPad and went to restore purchases and none of my paid for purchases were in the list, only the free ones I had downloaded before. I tried everything to find where to find them to no avail. I reached out to “help and support” in the app and they were no help. They typed in or should I say copy and pasted the responses from the faq page which I had already seen. They said to reconnect to Facebook by going into settings, problem is in “player profile” which is where the settings are, there is no way to connect to Facebook. There’s not even a “like us on Facebook/twitter etc” option. I got the automated response in my email saying they needed more info. I sent screenshots from my purchase history from my Apple settings (shows how much I paid but not which packs which is ok cause I remember some of the packs I bought” and have not heard from them since. This is the best jigsaw puzzle app I’ve tried but I can’t give a better review until I get my paid for purchases backShow lessRebeccarochelle22

Still an awesome puzzle app, but with a couple of disappointing changes. First of all, what’s with all the cartoon puzzles? You guys have gone Disney crazy - just way overboard. But the worst change is the inability to use our accumulated coins to buy puzzles. What’s the point of earning coins if you can’t use them? Oh there might be one or two odd puzzles you can use coins for, but never anything you’d want. Please bring back the coins for puzzles option on all puzzles! Then we’re back to five stars.

I have been playing these puzzles for over 5 years, and it has been the best puzzle app out there. Still is, as far as ease of use, layout options, etc. However, the previous review was posted a year ago and nothing has changed so I am going to gripe again. Still can’t use coins to buy the puzzles I actually want. And you just keep adding Disney cartoons. The site is just overrun with them. Way to many of the daily puzzles are cartoons. Do you really have that many children using this app?? I am pretty sure I’m not the only adult in the room with absolutely NO interest in doing cartoon puzzles.Show lessKudzu Kitty

I love the puzzling features of this app—you can do with rotation or not, scatter prices to the outside, and sort out the edges only to get started. I love that you can do any puzzle with any amount of pieces that you wish and that you can create your own custom puzzles from a photo on your device.
But what I HATE about it is the constant and persistant advertisements and other promotional “games” that it forces you to play and to watch. SUPER distracting and annoying. You have to do so many clicks and wait for so many ads to play and when it has trouble accessing an ad right away you have to wait for it to cylce back through until it can access one and play it through. I like to do puzzles to relax and unwind and the way they’ve thrown in all these ads and other mandatory games/challenges, it just distracts and stresses me out more than anything.
Needs to give an option to pay to completely eradicate advertisements, and it needs to give the option to OPT out of the extra challenges and events. I just want to be able to do the puzzles from the puzzle packs that I have purchased and not have to be bogged down with everything else. It almost seems ridiculous that I have paid for certain puzzle packs, yet I STILL have to wait through all the ads and extras. I feel like since I have PAID for several puzzle packs, I should then get the option to opt out of having to see any and all ads!!!Show lessHeather Maybe

Came across this app by accident and just like another reviewer, got hooked after completing just one jigsaw. I willingly paid for a bundle of pictures and love solving them Really like how you can make the puzzle easy or hard by selecting the number of pieces and by deciding whether or not to rotate them. BUT, having PAID for my jigsaw puzzles, I object to being bombarded by adverts. These have steadily become more and more intrusive and irritating over the years. I absolutely HATE these adverts, because they ruin what was a lovely, relaxing app. I completely understand the use of adverts when users want to use the programme for free. However, paying for puzzles should permanently remove ALL advertising. Please rethink your approach and give users the option to buy the app, pay for puzzles - and then leave us to play in peace.Show lessFussyOldMan

If you want a crossword puzzle, you MUST try this one! I suspect you'll look no further. Fantastic game with a lot of great features. The ability to hide all but the border pieces is very useful, as is the ability to move all the remaining pieces outside of the border with one touch. It has pretty much every feature I can imagine I’d want. Multiple trays allow me to aggregate related pieces in separate trays, particularly helpful with smaller screens and/or larger puzzles.
I’ve found no need purchase puzzle subscriptions. There is a daily free puzzle that you can start as many times as you like, as long as you do it when the puzzle is current - you don’t have to finish it on the same day. When I come across one I particularly like, I start multiple versions at different sizes. They sell puzzle packs at very reasonable prices, and always have something on sale. You can also buy puzzle packs for points that you collect. Finally, you can even import photos to create your own puzzles.
This is the BEST JIGSAW PUZZLE I’ve seen for iOS, without a doubt, and I’ve tried at least a dozen others.Show less9235S
