Annoying ads you can't get rid of
After paying money to get extra puzzles, l still have to put up with endless ads. Not good enough.Mako NZ

If you want people to continue to take this app seriously then stop bloating it with inefficient coding and defective ad integration that simply frustrates. You’ll need to clean up the current mess too. It’s such a shame when a decent app goes downhill this way. Oh, and how about fixing the puzzle engine itself, because the pieces have inconsistent colours and sizes when they’re separate from their locked-in place on the board? Take some cues from actual physical jigsaw puzzles. Finally, this didn’t begin as a child’s puzzle game, and I find the Disney iconography embarrassing and completely out of line with the app I originally chose to install. My 4-star rating may return, or even increase, if the developer can be bothered to address this regretful decline.Show lessnickonac

Not only do you have to watch an ad before you play they have now got ads playing mid game then again at the end of the game then yet another ad if you want to collect winnings from the game and even more ads if you want bonus coins ( at least they give you the option for these) so unless you want to spend more time waiting for ads than playing the game… don’t bother
I have now deleted this app so instead of the revenue the developer got from add at start and end of game the now get no revenue from me… we’ll done, ruining what was once an enjoyable app.Show lessNZMXr

Something that was very useful, was the ability to click on only border after the border was finished. It used to include all pieces that were clicked in place. It was very good for differentiating between those that attached, and those that weren’t. It also seems that the ability click a piece in place is not as strong as it used to be. Sometimes I have tried to place a piece several times, and given up, only to have it place after another adjacent piece was placed. Also the ability to enlarge the view has been limited so that it cannot be made equal to the size of the puzzle. Previously, you could make it larger than the puzzle size (I believe - or at least equal). The way to select a background color does not seem as flexible as it used to be. Before you could click through all the background colors until you found the one you wanted and select it. Generally, I have not found any of the changes you made since taking over the product to be helpful. I still like the product, but I wish you would return it to its previous state.Show lessacts25
Used to be my favorite puzzle app…
I hate to think how much money I’ve “invested” in this app. The very first thing I bought was the “Pro” version or whatever it’s called. I didn’t mind purchasing additional puzzle packs because they were really well done and you earned coins for completing a puzzle and could, in turn, spend your hard played coins on any puzzle pack they sold. That was then. Now there is a pop up to view an ad for a few free coins AFTER EVERY PUZZLE YOU FINISH. You don’t have to watch it but you still have to click several times just to say no and that’s after they ask you at the beginning of the month whether or not you want a chance to earn free credits coins for watching ads. They say it’s outside of the pro version but it gets ridiculous. On top of this they run idk what to call them…events I guess where you MUST watch an ad after completing a puzzle to get a chance at some sticker you need. If you “collect” all the stickers you get a few free puzzles at the end of the event. After paying 1000$ probably (and that’s quite humiliating to admit) there LAST THING I WANT TO DO IS WATCH ADS OR EVEN WASTE TIME CLICKING ROUND TO NOT TO. If you want to watch tons of ads you don’t really have to spend any money but if you’ve spent a much money as I have I should not have to watch a single ad for ANYTHING.Show lessTxRunningGirl
Absorbing puzzles
I very much enjoy doing these puzzles and look forward to downloading a new one every day. I like the way the puzzle is organised and being able to see the picture at the same time as doing the puzzle. I appreciate the titles but I am very disappointed that they are now given when the puzzle is finished. When I do a puzzle I like to know where a place is, or the name of the creature. I used to research for additional information and it made the puzzle more meaningful. You appear to have stopped showing photos of places on the Free daily puzzles and I miss that.
I also like earning points to enable me to get additional puzzles. My only disappointment is that the advertisements seem longer than they used to be. As a full time Carer for my husband I rarely get a chance to spend more than 5 or 10 mins. at a time to work on a puzzle and the time taken in advertisements means I don’t attempt them when time is short. Sometimes I can’t get out of the advertisement and back to the puzzle and have to go through the whole process again. It is also extremely annoying when adverts continually interrupt whilst doing a puzzle.Show lessTopsy Tiddles

I’ve had this app for quite a while and really love it. I’ve bought several puzzle packs and always do the free daily puzzle. There always have been ads, and thankfully only for in app purchases, but lately I’ve been getting annoyed with the vast number of pop ups just to solve one puzzle. For today’s puzzle I had to dismiss 4 just to get to play the puzzle then upon completion at least 6 more! It used to be a couple before and a couple after. It’s still a terrific app and I love playing, but the annoyance kind of dampers the fun. Update: within a couple days of posting this review I noticed a dramatic reduction in the pop ups. Thanks for listening!!! I love this app and added a fifth star.

Since the last app upgrade it’s back to an annoying number of pop ups again. I’m also not overly thrilled with the puzzle shrinking in size when the last piece goes into place. It’s ok that the menu box pops up when the puzzle starts, but it doesn’t stay there long enough to select anything so I have to then tap the arrow to bring it back. I also think the LOCK option should be one of the first choices so one doesn’t have to scroll to the second half of the list.Show lessDebM8872
Way too many adds on the paid version
I loved this app and decided to pay the extra to remove the ads but was sadly disappointed to find out that I still get adds when I try to go into a new puzzle pack, at the beginning of a puzzle and after completion. I get adds every time I go between packs also. It is so frustrating and in every other app where you pay to remove the ads it is a true removal. This is a scam as paying for the ad removal only reduces ads midplay.
The other disappointing feature is that they removed all but one tray so that now it is harder to separate colours or components as you puzzle and you have to dump pieces onto the board. You also cannot hide the tray when you no longer need it. It would be great if they reintroduced trays and truly got rid of ads or promotions for paid/premium users.Show lessNoteusermad

It continually shuts down. Since last update an "error message" now appears after clicking the play button. The website will frequently shut down completely again & I have to start another attempt to log in, watch more adverts etc . You have previously responded to my complaint AND now I'm telling you IT is NOT my iPad that is at fault because I play other website jigsaws & games and have NO problems at all with them
I have taken my time in responding to your last message because I feel I'm gong round & round in circles! I DID submit my iPad details etc the previous time you requested them BUT the problems haven't been resolved & if anything have got worse. The programme is constantly closing down meaning I am forever having to log in. AS stated it only happens with your website & I'm sure others are having same problems. It seems every time you update more problems emerge!

I'm enjoying this puzzle better than others. Lots of choices, a free daily puzzle and room on the board for the pieces not yet put together. Good app.
One problem I’ve had is trying to find puzzle packs I can ‘purchase’ with my accumulated coins. It would be helpful if they were in one spot or if you could search for those specific packs. I buy plenty of packs with real money but the coins are useless without being able to easily use them.Show lessLellypoo
