Brilliant, prepare to lose hours of your life 😝
However, I really really don’t like the stuff like the monopoly theme coming up all the time and having to get rid of what seems like endless challenge/bonus/reward thingies before being able to do a puzzle, please bring back the good old days of just being able to open the app and do a puzzle ... or at least put something in the settings whereby we can turn it off, please.
Also, while I’m here, what is the point of being able to earn coins to purchase puzzle packs when we’re only given the choice of about half a dozen naff picture packs to choose from? Can you not put much more choice of packs in there, even if they are only available for a limited time or something, you could vary the ones available.

This was a Great App
It has been ruined by so many clicks and message boxes
I do not want objectives, rewards, comparisons, statistics, sales pitches or any other rubbish. I just want to relax and do puzzles.
All this extra rubbish may appeal to the very young but i would happily pay to have all this as an option that can be turned off.
I am already trying other apps as this one is now such a turn off. I am just really sad that a great jigsaw app has been ruined by marketing people who obviously never use it.
Also I travel a lot and the app now needs to be online for me to access puzzles. It now fails to keep packs in memory. Another marketing idea so you have to get messages but in a country like New Zealand coverage can be intermittant in rural areas.Show lesstraveller_nz

I have played this game for many many years and had always been my favourite game and I have purchased many packs. I would have given it 5 stars before but the last update ruined my enjoyment and I have hardly used since. There were four trays which made doing a puzzle more like a hands on puzzle as you could sort colours etc and place trays near where you were working. The new singular tray is annoying as it puts pieces in a line and you can’t see or sort and can only see a few pieces at a time. I logged feedback but never heard back. I keep hoping that game will revert to how it was..so disappointed. Also you can collect coins which you could use to get puzzle packs and there were lots of choices. Now there are so few choices. I have lowered my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. The app use to be a great app! The app lets you collect points when you complete a puzzle and those points can be used to get free puzzle packages. You can also watch ads to earn more points. There use to be many puzzle packages to choose from that you could either purchase the package or use your saved points to get them. There are still several that can be purchased, but the number of packages you can use your saved points for getting the puzzles have been reduced drastically. I have saved up 5,000 points, which equals about $5 in value and after looking at the many available packages I found 1 that I could use points to redeem. The app made money off of me as I watched ads to gain points, but since my options are so limited it was a waste of my time. It seems like many of the other apps that start off good, but then someone gets greedy! I have purchased several of packages in the past, but I will only play the free daily puzzle from now on. I can’t stand the greediness of apps like this, so I will no longer be purchasing anything!
Update: This app is the best as far as puzzle app’s go, BUT I have to remove stars because it either locks up and you have to wait to move the puzzle pieces or worse the app crashes and closes completely. This happens every time I do a puzzle often multiple times while completing a puzzle.Show lessHuff60

I have had this app for many years and absolutely love it. It is my go to place to destress. From time to time there are glitches that are usually quickly repaired. The first thing I do every morning is download my free ‘puzzle of the day’ to work on then, or later in the day, whether I care for the subject or not, I complete every single one. Bing a senior citizen, it is so good for me and keeps my mind active. I love it!
That said, I purchased a puzzle pack last month, only to find I had already had that puzzle pack in my inventory, for quite some time. I didn’t remember it as I have purchased so many over the years. At the time of purchase of AMERICANA WINTER, it did not remind me that I already had that puzzle pack, which they have done in the past, but when it downloaded in my game, it appeared, already checked as completed, yet I was still charged the 1.99 plus tax. The charge just showed up on my credit card, this month. How can this be rectified? I am now hesitant to make any additional purchases. Being a senior citizen, my financial resources are limited and can’t afford to pay twice. Thank you for your help.Show lessColoringNerd
Terrible Update
Who was the genius who decided it was a good idea to “update” a popular app to make it less functional and less user friendly? As another review stated, to reduce the number of sorting trays from a barely adequate four to a useless single tray is a strong indication that the developer doesn’t actually understand how users use the app. The idea of multiple sorting trays is that it allows a user to search through smaller subsets of pieces (based on shape or color, etc.) rather than through every unplaced piece of a puzzle. As I typically do puzzles with over 700 pieces, the four trays allow me to search through less than 200 pieces to find the one I’m looking for rather than four times that number. Also noted earlier is the less-functional background color button that now only works in one direction. If you advance too quickly you can overshoot the desired color and have to cycle through all of them again. And what is the benefit derived from these changes? A “cleaner” aesthetic? If developers feel the need to tinker with an app which already has a 4.7/5 rating, then make it <more> user friendly, make it <more> functional, give users <more> options. I’ve been hoping I’d see an update increasing the potential number of trays. But after this update I will be looking for a whole new app. A shame, since I have dozens of puzzles I’ve paid for that I won’t be completing.Show lessDexterex
Great game but The latest update is causing occasional issues of freezing
I’ve had this app for many years and They are one of the few that actually listen to their customers, and are regularly sending us updates and it’s an amazing app. And recommend it so my rating comes from that.
The recent update I downloaded is not my favourite though. My game has frozen a number of times already and I’ve never had this issue with this game. Also guys, not a fan of the new format with the standard 1 tray, I wish I could take the download away and play with the swipe trays from the side again. Also having multiple tray choice was great. I’m one of those players that like maximum screen and the little pop up buttons were much better allowing this, now the whole menu comes up big and takes my screen space. I liked the easy peek button before also.
I would love to do the bigger puzzles of 600+ but I have difficulty seeing the pieces on the screen well enough, the zoom does’t make the pieces big enough for me to see them comfortably so that would be amazing if you could work on the zoom so the pieces can get bigger than currently be enlarged too.
Keep up the amazing work though, this is my “go to” game out of all other games out there!Show lessOzblue66
It’s good, but not great...
Just had a chance to work with the new updates and can’t say I’m too happy.
They changed from having several sorting trays to one tray. Several trays was better than one. I like sorting pieces by colors/ sections but this one tray throws them all together so u have to scroll thru them all to find what u want. It would also be nice if u could change the color of the tray. The pieces sometimes blend into the tray, making it unworkable. The good about the tray: u can place it on right or left and, since I’m left handed, I appreciate this choice. It is definitely more comfortable for me.
The options bar has been changed to a bar that takes up a huge portion of the table area, making it hard to sort/organize pieces alongside the puzzle. It was much better on the bottom and unobtrusive.
My biggest disappointment is that I cannot share puzzles between my 2 iPads. I actually got the larger one so I could enjoy my puzzles on a larger screen. Unfortunately, unless I use some Facebook option, I can’t share. I don’t do Facebook AT ALL, so unless I’m willing to buy all the puzzle packs and download them to my 2nd iPad, it’s not possible for me to even share my purchases, let alone ongoing puzzles...very, very disappointing.Show lessMindexercise
Downgrade
I was enjoying this game until the last upgrade. There used to be multiple sorting trays, up to four, so you could sort the edge pieces by side, for example, or sort the pieces by colour, etc., or vegetation vs rock vs water, which is how I do physical jigsaw puzzles. Deciding a sorting strategy is part of the fun of doing a jigsaw.
The latest "upgrade" removed that feature and replaced it with a useless single tray. If other people didn't like multiple trays they should have made it optional to remove the trays, not changed how the trays worked. Personally I feel they've dropped one of the best features of the game and made it less appealing in the process. Now I have unfinished puzzle packs and little motivation to complete them. I hope they restore the multiple tray option do I can once again enjoy this otherwise great game.Show lessbrendanw1
What did you guys do?
I’ve been playing this app for years. But i am seriously considering deleting it. You went and changed everything and now its horrible. First of all why didnt you leave the bar on the bottom with the time and the lock button, and puzzle preview....etc. You went and put it on the side. You have to bring it up every time you want to do something, including locking the board; even looking to see the timer. Then you have to x it out when you start the puzzle because it takes up so much room. Then, when you click the scatter button it scatters the pieces so far away that you spend five minutes rounding them up so they are all together on the screen and not so far off of the screen and into the corners. And now when you make the screen bigger, the pieces become huge. The last piece of the puzzle that sparkles is stupid too. And dont get me started on the coins. You might as well get rid of it. Everyone says the same thing and so do i - i have all these coins saved up and there is never anything to buy. And the few that are available are all packs that no one would want. Why did you mess with a good thing? Please turn it back to the way it was. If you wont at least give people the option of the new update or keeping it the way it is. I’m so disappointed. I used to do a few puzzles a day and buy the packs. But now it isnt even fun to do one. I guess ill take my money elsewhere.Show lessLvgirl1
