Sad!
I’m sad to say that I used to love this app - now each time they “upgrade” I like it less. The puzzles cost more, they keep flashing messages at me, they’ve taken up screen space with unnecessary “trays” and now I can’t buy some puzzles with their credits, nor can I buy 1000 credits (which used to be half the cost of an on sale puzzle) Bah humbug!Show lessEttenna 1944

Excellent concept - take various graphics (pictures, paintings, drawings, etc.), write a program to parse it into puzzle pieces, and voila! hours of relaxing entertainment. Having said that... The trays are unnecessary and annoying. We don’t want the pesky objectives. Quit trying to improve on something elegant, simple and satisfying.
Worst of all, apparently one of the financial wonks found that we were doing too many puzzles, accumulating too many credits, and getting too many free puzzle packs with those credits (especially when they’re on sale!) so now the great “sales” offered require only cash. Again and again and again. They couldn’t just leave it at the challenge of finishing a Gazillion puzzles and getting those paltry 34 credits a pop, then the joy! of shopping for a puzzle pack, on sale, and allowing the use of those credits. Oh sure, every once in a while a puzzle pack, not on sale, and nothing but your one-eyed great aunt would like, will pop up that can be acquired with credits (lots and lots of credits).
Come on mw folks - don’t be so cynical, keep the great sales but let us use credits. We’ll keep coming back for more, and every once in a while we’ll buy a pack we can’t live without and use CASH!Show lessBuckMT

Been playing this game for quite a while but a few updates ago the format changed and now you get pumped with ads for just about everything, but you can usually cut them short and it works fine.Peridot52

I love this app when it’s working. It does everything you want it to. But lately when I return to a puzzle that’s half finished, my progress is lost, the whole thing freezes, and I can’t do anything. My attempts to deal with “customer service” have been fruitless. So I’m afraid this well-deigned and totally absorbing app can only get 3 stars.Show lessDrAbby'sMyth
Pretty good
Love the jigsaws. I play on iPhone XS and find it extremely difficult to close the app - swiping from the bottom doesn’t bring up the app close bar first or second time, only after multiple swipes which is really frustrating. Puzzle packs are too dear. The progress things that pop up now and again don’t seem to work smoothly. Some ironing out of bugs needs to be done in the app.Show lessRebby_NZ
Improvement
I want to update my earlier review because there have been some significant changes (some good/some bad). Most importantly praise is warranted because the puzzle hardly ever crashes anymore -- thank you!
Some things I'm not so happy about are the following: (1) Trays are useless and take up valuable board space; (2) there are 2 puzzle packs that I do not want (taking up valuable data space) that have been placed in my puzzles. I cannot delete them. I will never use them and I would like to remove them. Please tell me how. (3) I want to do puzzles at my pace when I have the time. I don't want the annoying messages that tell me how many puzzles I have completed or that I need to complete more, etc. Just please allow me to utilize the game the way I want to. Maybe this is as a result of the upgrade to get rid of ads, not sure. Had I known I would be assaulted with all these messages after every puzzle completion, I would never have upgraded. The game should have a feature to turn off all annoying messages. Thank you for listening!
love this puzzle app when it works. The problem is that it constantly crashes and freezes, and sometimes the screen just goes black (but ad at bottom still plays lol). I have to close the app and wait a bit then try reopening so it will reload (hopefully). Why can't these bugs be fixed? I'm not the only one complaining about them. I can't delete and reinstall because I will loose all purchased puzzle packs!Show lessIluvshops

Please stop “ improving “ with updates, it creates more problems every time. The game shuts down completely while I’m in the middle of a puzzle and when I open it up again, I have to start from the beginning. Puzzles I have finished turn up as puzzles in progress ??? When I open it, it resets to the start. I do it again, but alas - same happens and I can’t clear it away. The puzzle pieces I touch to move don’t move but any other piece does - it sometimes takes me moving 10 plus pieces until the one I touch responds - wasting time. When two matching puzzle pieces lock, the whole game freezes for a few seconds and I can’t do a thing in the meantime. By looking at other people comments, I can see that I’m not alone being frustrated with the downward spiral within the game. It takes the fun right out of it - I used to do way more puzzles when it was running smoothly. And on top of the mounting problems, you seem to hike up the prices for your puzzle packs - REALLY!!! I voiced my dissatisfaction with increasing “bugs” in the past but didn’t receive an answer, nor do I see action of having these annoying bugs fixed. If you can’t do it, employ someone that can and keep your customers happy before they go and leave you for a better puzzle app. Some action would be appreciated - I used to really love your game. Now my partially finished puzzles won’t save...I have to start them all over again and finish them in one sitting. Please please fix this. I did respond in contact and help but no response....
Very very very frustrating
DANGER!!! Your “bug fixes” create bugs.
You have not learned from previous bad updates. This time the screen keeps freezing for about 5 seconds then comes good. None of my started puzzles will save and finished puzzles do not disappear. I have been so patient through all of the other updates that have caused a series of different problems because I loved this app but am now wondering if it is worth it as you don’t seem to be able to do an update without stuffing something up.
Previous Review:Would have 5 star but the latest update was rubbish. I am having the same problems as other reviewers and also a pack I purchased won’t download. Please fix urgently so that we can all enjoy this app again.Show lessdontwantreviews!

Yes, I’m addicted also and have been playing for a few years now. This is a gaming app that helps me de-stress on the whole. I’d definitely recommend to others. I personally like the click sounds when pieces are in correct place. Also playing with the highest number of pieces adds to a long challenge which I do over a few evenings. A Free daily jigsaws is available to do on the day or accept to play and basically bank for another day once downloaded as there’s a file for games currently in progress. Lots of playing backgrounds to chose from. It’s possible to zoom in and make piece sizes to your choice.
Only negatives for me: there’s an advert banded at the bottom of the screen which I often accidentally catch. I then have to endure the frustrating feeling of tapping to cancel in order to get back to the game I was playing. The other is the game drains my iPad battery rather quickly even when plugged in to charge throughout play. And colour changes from when a playing piece is correctly placed, for example a bright red becomes darker or a white greys in hue. Doesn’t help when selecting pieces!Show lessCally41
Best Jigsaw puzzle app by far
I have been using this app for several years and have compared it to all the other free jigsaw apps, it beats them hands down on usability and value. Paying for the ad free version is worthwhile, not only avoids ads, but also gives you use your own picture option and 10 free credits every 4 hours, which also add up.
I have never needed to pay cash for additional packs, credits for completing puzzles are high enough that “saving” for the next pack you fancy “buying” is an enjoyable additional challenge.
Tournament option is great to play against others and there is enough flexibility in difficulty settings to engage anyone from a toddler to adult wanting a major new challenge.
Finally, the customer support is superb. I had a major problem recently and they sorted me quickly and knowledgeably.
I use the app for pain management and it’s perfect to be able to change the challenge level to suit my needs so that it’s completely absorbing and always very mindful no matter my pain level. It gets me through many bad nights without disturbing my partner and ensures that I am at the least relaxed for the new day.
Cannot recommend more highly, I found it via their solitaire games which are also fab, but this beats even them!Show lesspicksal
