Too many ads!!!
This app used to be really efficient and easy to use. Listen to police and EMS scans from all over the world. But the developers have gone rouge with ads! It seems like every 2 minutes there is an ad break for a sketchy mobile game. Before you can even listen to a frequency, you have to sit through an impossible to skip ad, that won’t let you close out until you let it redirect you to the App Store.
The channels close out too frequent nowadays as well. If you try and listen with your phone locked, it will close out the channel you are listening too. It will make you search all over again and sit though another stupid ad break! This app has gotten to be so inefficient. I’m going to look for another police scanner app that isn’t infected with ads for sketchy mobile games nobody plays !Show lessUncle Rachel!

This is so informative, whenever I hear sirens & helicopters in the air close to my house I download this app and put in my area info and BAM there it is, you can listen in on what’s going on, it’s great. I like it because I can find out if they’re close to my house, this way I can be prepared for anything, like if someone is going to be running thru my backyard and whether the suspect or suspects have weapons, I’ll know to get inside and lock my doors. Last one I heard was a male who was close, not in my neighborhood, but in the area and he was on foot, carrying a small handgun and was on cocaine, last heard he was in a mobile home park, which is a pretty good distance from here. It gives you a lot of info, so go for it and have some fun listening in on the action.Show lessSleepless in,,,??
No free trial, just ads for games
Ads will pop up within seconds of selecting frequencies to listen to. Ads require waiting until sounds stop (loud obnoxious music, guys shouting) then show a countdown. Click on what should be to exit the ad opens App Store to install game. Exit back and still no option to leave ad (click too soon gets App Store for game again). You must wait at least 30 seconds to get an actual exit to this app. Takes about two minutes to get through this whole thing. Repeat for any time you want to change to another scan group. Won’t work in background. Frequencies that should have traffic don’t. Won’t pay for any apps that don’t work during “free” trial.Show lessdlipsitz
