New update app simply crashes on login

Application is getting crashed in iphone 12.1 OS

Does not open on iOS 12.2 shuts down as soon as launched.
The app crashes and does not go ahead with login . Can’t get to finish my work or make payments etc
The app crashes . Does not function as supposed to . Does not login .. can’t get to make payments online or do any activity . Hope you guys can fix ASAP or else will have close my account
Very slow on operations
I really enjoyed using the app before tho it was slow I was able to get what I wanted in one attempt, however since few times I see the app crashes, keeps buffering and fails to go from one transaction to another.

Reset MPIN is not working
I have tried to reset MPIN but app doesn’t send OTP.

The app crashes as soon as touched for initiation

App is not even opening. It crashes while opening the app. Please look in to it asap. Cannot use the app any more.
