Yes No Stars!
This is the absolute worst program ever allowed on the App Store. I made the mistake of thinking if I paid more that it would actually work! Needless to say, that money drain goes even deeper and I spent a few weeks trying to get a refund for $23 wasted. I assume he project management system this company is known for is operable but it is not for use as an app

Was Good, Now Not So Much
I've used this software for a few years. It is definitely a good app for preparing meeting notes and managing action items. I found myself switching between this and another app.....not able to figure out which was better. It is not perfect, but it is useful.
The problem is the nickel and dime approach used o generate income by the developers. Rather than adding value with new feature that are worth paying for. They removed capability and are forcing users to pay yearly for functionality we originally purchased and had been using.
They removed the ability to create projects (a repository for notes and tasks) without purchasing a yearly subscription. I've been using this feature since my original purchase. All of the sudden, I have to pay yearly to have that functionality. That seems ridiculous and concerns me about continue using the software.
My suggestion is don't purchase.

Not ready for busy people...
1. Greedy. Not interested in an app that will nickel and dime you for sync.
2. If you disconnect from the online site, it should not wipe out your data. Bad design
3. You should be able to assign multiple people to a task. Or at least create groups and assign groups.
4. There is a difference between participants and actual attendees. It should be noted in the meeting minutes.
5. When managing people, the online version is different than the app version. The App version asks for the first name, the online version combines the first name with the last name in the last name field.
6. Meeting minutes should be customizable.
7..Should be able to save templates to meetings, so you don’t have to type in repeated topics.
8. Ability to import CSV to update the meeting notes would be a huge benefit.

Was Great in the past
I'm using this apps for about 2 years now. This apps is now unstable at the point it becomes useless. The customer services was Very good too. Notice that I Said "WAS». I paid for The apps, plus 3 options, for nothing Now. Moreover, I now need to transfer all my data to another application.
Problem with creating an account
Downloaded the app. Created an account, but never received the email to validate it. Now stuck. Tried to cancel account and create a new one, but it will not let me use the same email. Should I just delete the app or is there a solution?
Effective yet simple tool
Beesy is an effective yet simple to use and understand.
Overly complex design and AWFUL customer service
I thought upgrading would improve my experience, it did not. I then wanted to end my subscription. I looked on the website, and could not see a way to end the subscription. So, I sent an email to them asking for assistance. They wrote back "set the service to free." I looked again, no luck. I sent back a screenshot asking for more clarity on where to do this. Again, they simply replied, "set the service to free."
I design, develop, and deploy global systems for a major media company. If I cannot figure it out, it is far from user friendly. My next step is to call my credit card company to stop payment. This is not a company I recommend doing business with.

Customer service Beesy provides is very poor wouldn't recommend
After purchasing the Beesy app as well as the Inapp purchase upgrades such as syncing Outlook Calendar, Tasks, and Contacts to Beesy. Only Calendar appointments synced not anything else. As a busy professional if you have 100 + contacts its a big effort to re-enter all these contacts. Sent an email requesting support, didn't receive a response.

Very cool app so far.
I am new to this, only using it a couple days, but I really like it so far. Nice way to simply organize tasks and notes relative to goals, projects, and people.
I say "simply": there is a learning curve right at first, but also a lot of insightful help (the English isn't perfect, but it's good enough), so that isn't ultimately a negative. Small, thoughtful challenge to learn, easy to use.
I hope they have a synched iPhone version soon--I will definitely need that if I continue to like and use this.
(I have not connected this to the online version--some reviews report problems there, but I am not trying that now since (1) I do not [yet] need it, and (2) it is based on a monthly subscription model beyond a very simple level of use.)

Very powerful app
This is the first app I have seen which integrates meeting notes with the todo list. This means you can import meeting details from the iPad calendar, together with a participant list, take notes, write down actions, assign them to yourself or other meeting participants, and then track follow up of the actions in a variety of different screens. You can also note ideas, questions, etc in the same way and follow up on them. Very helpful for anyone who works on a variety of projects with different people and needs to keep track.
It did take me a while to get familiar with the interface, which is quite unique, but the tutorials are helpful.
