It won’t print the correct size as shown on the screen 4”x 6” but it prints about half of the label and it’s way off to the side. Have tried everything. But I need to print everyday so probably gonna trash this and never buy again. One minute it’s working the next minute it’s garbage. I’m a small business owner and this is unacceptable. I’ll have to buy a more expensive one and hopefully that’ll do the trick. This is probably because they all first pop up in Chinese Mandarin but I can’t complain because I bought this printer for $10 on Amazon. Also if you can fix the desktop version or make it so I can use this app on my desktop. That would be pretty cool because it really doesn’t work on a computer. The printer overall is working fine and I have the model T003. Also if I have a continuous role, I should be able to print as long of pages I would likeit’s telling me that the maximum length is only 4.13 inches long, which is unfair.
