I paid for the subscription and my account tells me I have no paid subscriptions. I have emailed about 6 different times, text the telephone number on the website twice, called the number on the website, messaged on all 4bk.tv and Billy Carson accounts on Facebook and Instagram, with no response. I liked the app when it worked, but it seems like there’s no support for questions and problems. The next step is that I’ll have to call my bank to stop payment and just forget about using this service. Thanks but no thanks. Extremism is extremism and just as I would immediately delete a program I saw promoting white power, I’ll do the same here. Episode 6 Egyptian mysteries a sign clearly stating black power. Again, thanks but no thanks and very disappointing that you would see something like that from someone you respected in the field. Sorry Billy, but when I see a program with an extremist view, I can no longer watch or pay for a subscription. Watching the series I have noticed a lot of inaccuracies with the knowledge on the anunnaki and Sumerian mythology. Unfortunately the app suffers a user-experience difficulty—there is no 10 sec or 15 sec reverse like there typically is on a media app so if you miss what Billy said for a moment and you need to jump back a little to catch up, this is not possible. And the thing is, Billy’s material is heavy. You can’t miss a moment, so this need to short skip back happens often. You have to guess where the cursor should land which is not possible when the cursor is your finger. It was one reason I had the Gaia subscription but he moved over to his own service 4BK and brought the best people with him. It’s a no brainer to me. And at least it improves daily. Im just an impatient person though. That is the only negative comment i could think of. I love this app and its content. The video production is amazing the picture quality is top of the line. The amount of content is also great. My absolute favorite part is that i know everything said is 100% legit. Not having to fact check is a huge plus. And when billy shares the websites he uses to get his info or look at the space pics etc, i am very greatful.
