No account creation page. Reached out to 4DX and FranklinCovey, will adjust the app rating if I get a response. So strange. ### 1/5 — Useless cannot access it *2022-02-06, version 1.5.36* So I bought the book which told me to download the free app, but after about 2 hours I cannot for the life of me find how I get access to the app. I have emailed their customer service but feel like this should be easy to do. ### 1/5 — Can’t figure out how to login *2021-09-04* Read the book, downloaded the app, was excited to try to use it, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to login to use this app. So I did an Internet search and can’t figure it out there. I’ve also tried to create an account via website. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2024-04-10* Good luck logging in, or getting anyone at FranklinCovey to respond. I’ve called support multiple times. They start a ticket but no one ever does anything with it. Called again and was given the name and email of someone who was supposedly the 4DXOS Small Business Development Specialist. Have sent multiple emails but still no response to those either. Why even promote the app in the book? The whole experience makes me skeptical of any of the other products offered by FC. Probably should just stick to the books. ### 1/5 — Practice What You Preach *2024-02-03* It is practically impossible to get started using this app (i.e. log into the app). Most of the reviews I have read in the App Store provide evidence on how widespread this issue is. I searched the Internet, and even the company’s official site, but ended up even more frustrated. I even sent a message to the support team for assistance and I received no response. This company needs to simplifying the process of logging into this app its WIG. This app makes it easy to track my most important goals and the activities necessary to get to them. Now I can see the real time performance of my team including not only commitments made and kept, but I also can take advantage of the Execution Performance Score.
