HOW IT WORKS

— TUNE a session (15–120 minutes) and put the phone down.
— The screen becomes a 2003 dashboard: a seven-segment countdown, a trembling signal needle, static noise on a green LCD.
— Pick up the phone or wander off, and the SIGNAL drifts toward LOST. Hold the line, and something grows.
— When the timer ends, a forget-me-not is planted in your FIELD — one flower per day you came back to the real world.

Your field is a calendar of days you stayed away. No streaks, no scores, no badges — just flowers on the days you looked up. Miss a day and nothing punishes you; the soil simply waits.

LOCK

Seal the apps that pull you back. During a session, 4get. uses Apple's Screen Time technology to shield the apps you choose. They come back when the timer ends — not before.
