## What is 4iGo?

4iGo is a vital tool for service employees working in the field. It enables users to maintain their daily service areas, complete tasks assigned by managers, monitor live customer complaints, report issues through the "Report It" feature, and finish each shift by verifying essential end-of-service responsibilities. This ultimately provides customers with assurance that they are getting what they paid for and that each location is secure.
Key features
"Check-in/out"- Easily sign-in and out of a service location
"Service Validation"- Prove the service was completed according to the agreed upon service time using a digital log with daily history.
"To-do's"- a way to receive smaller additional tasks from a manager if additional services are requested from a customer
“Report It” hazard reporting: Snap photos of broken or unsafe conditions and notify your team
Post-service attestations: Quickly confirm if you covered Key tasks required to close out each service i.e Set Alarm and Lock Door
